Desperately need to remodel the dining area actually the whole store . Rippled and cracked drywall on all the walls meaning there is a roof leak somewhere that needs to be checked . Holes in some of the drop ceiling tiles with water stains . Booth seats has no padding in them. I sat down and sunk straight into it right to the boards so did my husband. Please the owner of kfc needs to take pride in his store and put some money into this and bring it back to life . Like I remember it was when I was a kid . Please please I beg remodel this store its in dire need of a face lift .

This place is a crapshoot. KFC is infamous for having bad locations, and this one is on the edge. They do not clean their fry oil every day, and KFC is nothing but fried food.
They used to have a buffet, but it has been gone for a while. Chicken thighs and cherry pie! They do serve chicken fried steak one day a week, and they have a few other weekly specials from time to time.

Asked for dark and extra crispy he said he didn't have any and that it would be 15 minute wait at 8pm. I didn't want to wait. Said my other order would be extra crispy and of course it wasn't when I got it home. I asked for Mac and cheese and got mashed potatoes. And the sweet tea tasted like it had been sitting there for weeks. So be sure to taste your drink and check your food before you leave the store. Poor service and I'm surprised they are still in business.

This was the most disgusting place the girl that waited on us,Her boyfriend was sitting in the restaurant with his pants down around his underwear. They kept going out to vape it was dirty. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year

absolutely horrible food! would rate it a zero if i could! the chicken was old dried out and hard. the frys were rock hard. the corn was old... its like they only make food once a day and just serve off it until its gone instead of when it is old and bad! they dont offer refunds. i dont want my bad food replaced with more bad food! no thanks! waste of 25$

I have called multiple times and tried to talk to the general manager or a manager in charge, some lady keeps telling me she's going to relay the message that the manager is going to call me back. The original guy did give me $15 of credit of my meal but when I went to go get the credit they tried to tell me that I had to talk to the general manager even though there was a no left for me under summer Ryan saying that I had a credit of $15. The lady at the drive-thru that they said that she wasn't able to process it without the general manager. Then I caught a couple days later the same lady told me that I had to wait to talk to her that she would give me a call back a few more days later I called back and still wasn't able to talk to any management regarding the issue. I think this is very inconsiderate and not a way to run establishment. If management could please give me a call or even email me something regarding my refund at $15

You know what you are going to get with food. The bathroom needs to be updated to function better and be more presentable. There was a long wait for food. I waited 30 minutes to receive my pickup order. They gave me a cup of pop to drink while waiting, which was nice.
