They need to remodel the whole restaurant. The restrooms are outdated and aren't maintained. And no baby changing stations.

I have called multiple times and tried to talk to the general manager or a manager in charge, some lady keeps telling me she's going to relay the message that the manager is going to call me back. The original guy did give me $15 of credit of my meal but when I went to go get the credit they tried to tell me that I had to talk to the general manager even though there was a no left for me under summer Ryan saying that I had a credit of $15. The lady at the drive-thru that they said that she wasn't able to process it without the general manager. Then I caught a couple days later the same lady told me that I had to wait to talk to her that she would give me a call back a few more days later I called back and still wasn't able to talk to any management regarding the issue. I think this is very inconsiderate and not a way to run establishment. If management could please give me a call or even email me something regarding my refund at $15

You know what you are going to get with food. The bathroom needs to be updated to function better and be more presentable. There was a long wait for food. I waited 30 minutes to receive my pickup order. They gave me a cup of pop to drink while waiting, which was nice.

Raised prices on Mashpotatoe bowl and the chicken the food went down hill since 2020. Potatoes tased like fake ones hate kfc on Sundusky stree Delaware ohio

Very nice office staff. Dr. Was fantastic. Recommend them.
Food wasn’t too bad. Service was good restaurant lobby was disgusting. I was walking and I stepped in something so sticky my shoe came off. My husband sat in the booth and thought he was sitting in the Grand Canyon the hole was so big, but covered with duct tape. And I had to use the restroom but after walking into the restroom I no longer needed to bc it was sooo nasty putting nicely… Management was super nice just wish the building and dining room was also….

The first half dozen times we ordered through the app and we still had to wait half an hour after the expected time, we let it go because they are chronically short staffed. Tonight? More than half an hour after we were told we could pick up our order. We're tired. Worked all day, then to have to sit inside KFC and just wait and wait and wait is just ridiculous.
I can't wait until we get a Popeyes or Chick-fil-A out here, but until then, I guess we'll be driving to Lewis Center because MIGHT AS WELL AS LONG AS IT TAKES

Had no biscuit,machine was down. Was charged full price,even though I didn't get a biscuit. Had 2 orders. They should have either given me a discount or gave coleslaw or small side in its place.
