Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center

Let me park overnight the night before my appointment. Took me in an hour before my appointment. Paperwork in hand hour and a half later.

I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment are you going to arrive 2 hours early so I got here at 5:00 they took me in right away gave me a door I was done by 7:15 no overnight parking is there a truck stops close by I also only had two pallets so that may have been why I was so quick

Drivers plz stay this plce it’s very bad lazy my appointment was 12noon now it’s 7pm I’m still at dock maybe I could sleep hear if u wanna come hear take ur food and be ready to stay whole day

Slow unloading, been on door for 4 hours now, they haven't been started yet. The worst Kroger facility I been to. Never coming back

Nice stuff clean place. 3 Star is for the guard and receiving office. Unloading from appointment time is 5 hours. " No overnight parking" is the first time and the last time for me.

Checked in 10pm.
Got dock 1:30am
Empty 2:45am

Got checked in 2.5 hours early, nice break room, full facilities, 3.5 hours after arrival unloaded and green light, didn't wait on call drove back over to receiving office and got paperwork
10/29/24- arrived at 2345 for 10/30/24 0600 appointment , will take you 1 hour before appointment only, parking onsite for early arrivals

We took a load there. Arrived around 2 pm. The woman in the office was very rude. She made us dock at dock 321. They didnt start unloading us until 6:09 pm. They finished at 6:30 pm. We sat and waited an hour or so when finally called the lady again. She got rude again saying we need to pay a lumping fee which we had no idea we had to do. We paid the fee then called her to let her know its paid but nobody answered the phone. So we called the lumper. He said waiting on paperwork from the lady. Said she will call when ready. She didn't call until after 10 pm. We were locked to the docks for almost 8 hours with no food or drinks left. I wouldnt recommend anybody deliver to these ppl unless this woman is fired. I wish i had her name.

Totally waste of time

Hello everyone. I came here at 8:00 am in the morning. Now after lunch it's already 4:00 pm the truck is just empty.

This is one of those places that takes hours to unload, avoid if possible. They also use lumpers.

They need to hire more profesional for the guard house and the receiving office
