Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center

Very slow, I feel sorry for those who will be here on Friday… My appointment was at 8:15 pm, I arrived at 6:55 pm. They gave me the dock at 5:15 am. There was a trailer there, they took it away at 5:45. They finished unloading at 8:34 am. I waited 12 hours.

I delivered on 8/10/25, my appointment was 22:30 . I arrived 20:30. At the guard shack, I was given entry pass and direction for the docks.
Checked in very nice lady and gentleman.
Nice and clean bathroom.
Over Night Parking is allowed 👌.
Had a marvelous experience.

3rd time here. Not bad. 2Hrs unload time. Checked in 12 hrs early but ended waiting closer to my appointment to get a door at 9am. You are allowed to park on site.

One of the worst I have ever seen more than 3 hours

5 star for this receiver. Checked in 09:24am for my appointment at 10am came out of facility by 10am.

Got there at 6pm for 8 pm deliver . I was told there is no open forts and will call me . Never got called went back at 8 saying I left my paper works 2 hours ago and she gave me door . They took done at almost 1 am . Too clumsy .

Don’t come here this place just takes you time and you lost just hole day or more and than they will say to you have to be appreciate it they unloaded you could wait way more than that

Nice place. Friendly staff. They got me in quick and earlier than scheduled. Only thing is that unloading took a while. Almost 4 hours, but I didn't mind since the staff was friendly and they had a little lounge if needed. Everyone had a positive attitude there except the Yard Driver. I recommend delivering to this facility as it was easy and convenient.

Hi! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews! I arrived 3 hours early today! And they accepted me right away and unloaded me quickly! The staff is good! Especially the security! Thank you, I'm happy with the staff!🫡

Don’t know whether or not it’s allowed to stay overnight, but I came 2 hours before my appointment (5 a.m.) and security let me in. They have staging area onsite. I checked in with a Receiving Office, then had a nap until they called me and gave the door. They sent me lumper, then called and invited to take the papers. You need to leave facility in 30 minutes after you’ve been unloaded. Restroom in a RO.

Great place for delivery . Check in fast within 10 minutes got a door , pay my lumper fees and start unloading less than 1 hour
