The dumbest place
I came to this warehouse for a delivery. My appointment was at 5 AM. It’s now 1 PM, and they still haven’t done anything. Very slow and unprofessional service.
I arrived at this location on time, after checking I got a door, they did not take long to unload my trailer. I would say it's a good place to go to.
To unloading 3 pallets in 8 hours
I arrived 2 hrs early, received a door right away, was hopeful, then waited 6 hours to be unloaded.
I don’t understand why they schedule load appointments at the same time as the shift changes. Also 3 hours to unload another hour just to get the paperwork back. You’d think with the insane lumper prices you would get unloaded in a timely manner.

Overall, easy and smooth check in process. Huge lot for backing and staging. Make sure to wear your reflective vest. Drivers bathroom inside the receiving office. Pilot/Flying J roughly 5 miles away.
Great place to deliver, my appointment was 11am, I checked in at 4am and got dock by an 1 hour and good to go by 7am.

This place is a joke it's been 6 hours I'm still in the door I don't know why a driver coming here
Terrible place to come and make a delivery! Get in the door right away but wait for hours to be unloaded and even longer for the product to be checked in! Been driving for 36 yrs and this place is one of the worst ever! They should be ashamed of themselves to hold a driver up like this. If I could give this company a negative five star I would! I called the phone # that’s provided on this site and talked to a receiver only to be lied to and they say,”we’re done with the unloading process and we’re breaking the product down and to be checked in when they haven’t even been in my trailer yet! What a joke this place is!
8 hours wait not to much for unloading
This is the worst experience i ever had check in at 10:00pm for 10 am oppientment an get out the next day at 10:pm thats insane
Left airbags in trailer, so I dumped them in their dumpster. Only place I've been to that didn't remove them at the dock. Lazy I guess.
