This location consistently disappoints. I’ve given it multiple chances and regret it every time.. Can now say my family will never be back to this location, and we love Little Caesars. The last time we picked up a Hot-N-Ready, it had clearly been sitting for hours — the crust was so hard our kids joked about needing a hammer to break the crust. We ended up throwing both pizzas away. I’ve also waited over 50 minutes in-store on two separate occasions. The quality is poor ~95% of the time. We unfortunately won’t be returning and strongly recommend driving a little farther to the newer location on 23 — it’s worth it.

Ive been on the phone trying to contact the building for 20+ minutes. In the end no one answered the phone and my call got disconnected. I had called twice before that, and was put on hold for 10+ minutes, and all 3 calls to the place were disconnected. All I have needed was to cancel an order that was placed at the wrong location, as soon as we ordered we realized the mistake and called right away so the pizza wouldn't of been made in the first place. Although I understand it might be busy it should never take 20+ minutes to answer the phone and leave a customer on hold the whole time and hang up on them in the end.

if i could put 0 i could. the guy with the red hair is so disrespectful, talking about that’s their crazy bread when they gave me stuffed. and when i pay extra for parmesan he complains saying i want more and whatnot. don’t recommend this place

I'm rating this in relation to other Little Caesars. Staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. Speed is excellent, even when swamped. Food is... Well it's a Little Caesars so expect decent but cheap.
The crazy bread is the only drawback... I miss '90s era crazy bread. The current stuff is unimpressive but that's a chain-wide issue.

We had the pretzel pizza that they just brought back. I love it,brings back memories lol. The service was excellent,the woman at the counter was extremely friendly. Everything I got which was the pizza and a few jalapeno cheddar dipping sauces came to like 7.98 I do believe.
Online website says they are open till 10pm. We ordered a pizza and crazy bread at 930 and automated phone system actually placed the order and told us it would be ready for pickup at 944pm. We arrived at 945 and the lights were out and the door was locked. An employee came to the door and informed us they try to close at 9pm. No notification from the store that the order would not be placed. Terrible experience.
