I like this pizza shop pizza. It's a great value for the food you receive.
Usually we get the Most Bestest large pizza. For $1 extra you get Xtra pepperoni and cheese or whatever food product you desire. There seems to be a big turnover of employees here at the Delaware location and sometimes you're not greeted in a timely manner or the personnel are not great at customer service but I choose this pizza over many others and I return over and over.

Terrible customer service walked into the front of the store. They don’t have anything ready for the hot and ready section and then they tell me they’ll be right up and I stand there for five minutes with them just staring at me doing nothing.

This place is a dumpster fire. We placed our order at the counter. Then we waited in the lobby for 35 minutes. Then when we asked how much long for our order, the staff could not find the order and told us they would start on it. Meanwhile members of the staff were going outside to smoke. Not sure if it was weed or cigarettes. Loud rap music playing in the kitchen with explicit lyrics. Note I am there with my 9 and 10 year old. We simply asked for our money back and left. I will never go back to this mess of a restaurant again.

I started a door dashing order and it took me 10 mins to get here. When I get here they told me it would be an additional 35 minutes for the food?? What? I waited the 30 only because I felt for the customer. This is insane to me. And I wasn’t the only one. I watched many customers/dashers walk out after over 35 mins waits.

This location consistently disappoints. I’ve given it multiple chances and regret it every time.. Can now say my family will never be back to this location, and we love Little Caesars. The last time we picked up a Hot-N-Ready, it had clearly been sitting for hours — the crust was so hard our kids joked about needing a hammer to break the crust. We ended up throwing both pizzas away. I’ve also waited over 50 minutes in-store on two separate occasions. The quality is poor ~95% of the time. We unfortunately won’t be returning and strongly recommend driving a little farther to the newer location on 23 — it’s worth it.

Ive been on the phone trying to contact the building for 20+ minutes. In the end no one answered the phone and my call got disconnected. I had called twice before that, and was put on hold for 10+ minutes, and all 3 calls to the place were disconnected. All I have needed was to cancel an order that was placed at the wrong location, as soon as we ordered we realized the mistake and called right away so the pizza wouldn't of been made in the first place. Although I understand it might be busy it should never take 20+ minutes to answer the phone and leave a customer on hold the whole time and hang up on them in the end.
