Great experience. Friendly employees. Service was slow but that is due to ordering 3 quarter pounders. They put them on the grill as soon as ordered. Fry's were amazing. Am looking forward to my next visit

They short changed me with not giving me back the penny but they sure want there money to be correct??? They think that they know their crap they sure would flunk math and as far as the star system goes i wouldn't have given them any they think that they're going to be getting away with not giving back the correct change well we'll see about it tomorrow when i call columbus ohio headquarters and give them an earful?

They take forever to greet you and take your order. I don’t know what they’re doing in there, but it’s not helping customers. The other two stores in Delaware are so much better. Plus they mess up orders.

Always expect to be pulled up to a parking spot and wait 15 minutes On your food every single time and then once you get your food, it’s completely wrong or they always forget to put fries in your bag

Employees arguing and yelling, in the back, not one person has come to the counter in the 1/2 hour so far that I have been waiting for my order. They clearly need more employees and a redesigned restaurant. No one to talk to for a refund. You might have a chance of getting service in the drive through, this is all they care about. Update: After close to 40 minutes someone came out and took care of filling the order.

Extremely poor experience. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, I entered the lobby to get assistance. An employee acknowledged me and asked me to wait a moment, which I did. However, that employee never returned to assist me, nor did anyone else. Being told to wait and then being completely disregarded is unacceptable service. It shows a total lack of respect for the customer's time. This location needs serious retraining on how to manage workflow and communicate with patrons.
This is hands down the worst Delaware location. Your order will always be wrong & you’ll have to wait an actual lifetime to get it.

My fries won’t fill up all the way I asked for light lettuce and they put Hella lettuce. There’s Mac sauce all over the box falling off the hamburger. The hamburger is not even set up right

I was given cold food and when I tried to ask for a refund I was met with disrespect yelling and I was chased out of the store by a smelly orange haired woman who outright denied to refund one McMuffin and one hash brown. McDonald’s can keep the five bucks I’ll never go to another McDonald’s again.
