They don't ever get anything right. The last 3 times I've visited Mcdonald's I went to this location as well as the 23 location and they obviously have no idea how to make a deluxe quarter pounder (you literally add lettuce and tomato to a quarter pounder). It's been wrong every time. This time looks like someone played with my bun. And they forgot 3 items even though we were asked to pull up to wait we had to go in to get something 3 times that they had forgotten. Pretty much any fast food place in delaware these days really sucks and none of them do their jobs appropriately.

I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. We waited for 40 minutes just to receive a drink, only to be told later that the system wasn’t working and our order had not been processed at all. As a result, we wasted 40 minutes waiting for nothing.
Additionally, the staff’s attitude was unprofessional they repeatedly came and went without providing any clear information, almost as if they were making fun of the situation. The overall cleanliness and organization of the place were also very poor.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that necessary improvements are made to ensure better service quality in the future.

They Gave us our food prior to getting our hashbrowns and coffee. This location is typically great but having to wait five minutes or so, for hashbrowns, while pur food was getting cd is unacceptable...
Today, I come in again people have to wait five minutes,to get served and two of your front counter employees were arguing. This is ridiculous...team holowaski, get your crap together...

I ordered hash browns with my breakfast and sure enough I didn't have them. They didn't give me any. I did pay for them. This happens at this location rather too often.Sad 😞
My meal was supposed to be larger and they fries are not even fell like it was supposed be and I thought maybe they spelled in the bag and nope like come on McDonald’s do better frfr and I work I McDonald’s myself 😡😡😡

Don’t go to this McDonald’s if you’re not skinny. Staff will make fun of you through the window, and give you Diet Coke instead of regular. Which, by the way, I’m allergic to Aspartame which is why I ordered regular coke.
