Was trying to collect the Disney 70th anniversary happy meal toys for my daughter. The bottom of the toy box had number on it and it’s corresponding to certain characters.
I saw one staff (LGBT, bald) was having pleasant conversations with his (they?) colleagues so I politely asked him if he could help me check the number on the toy after he finished his conversation. Well, he just rolled back his eyes and impatiently told me there was no number on the toy, they all just randomly sorted. I explained the situation and he rolled back his eyes again and refused my request.
I’m okay with refusing my request since it takes time to check the toy numbers. But rolling eyes and lying? That’s not okay! If you don’t have the patient to provide services, you better just quit your job.

The past several times I've been here lately, it's very dirty, and the staff could really use manners. Very rude staff, except for the 2 older ladies that happened to be working. It's also questionable if you get better/faster service through the drive thru or just going inside.

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that is saying something. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. Food is always cold, they never get the orders right. If they weren’t the closest one or the one on the way home I would never go there. I just spent $50 in food for me and my family and I got shorted food and even had to get asked to wait to not hold up the line of one car behind me, and I still got cold food. What ever happened to standards. I know the family that owns this has many of them, but I doubt they ever actually visit them to fix any of their issues.
I ordered a milkshake for my boyfriend and it had no straw in it and not only that it was like they threw it in the bag it was all messy

There's a young employee with dark hair and light eyes who takes orders and works at the register. Every time I go to order, she tells me my card is declined, which it isn't because I called the bank. I paid in cash, and she didn't give me a receipt.
