This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and that is saying something. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with them. Food is always cold, they never get the orders right. If they weren’t the closest one or the one on the way home I would never go there. I just spent $50 in food for me and my family and I got shorted food and even had to get asked to wait to not hold up the line of one car behind me, and I still got cold food. What ever happened to standards. I know the family that owns this has many of them, but I doubt they ever actually visit them to fix any of their issues.

There's a young employee with dark hair and light eyes who takes orders and works at the register. Every time I go to order, she tells me my card is declined, which it isn't because I called the bank. I paid in cash, and she didn't give me a receipt.

constantly under staffed. the staff that’s there always looks miserable. constant quality control issues. this time around they left out mcnuggets after a 25 min wait in the drive through. told me to park, then proceeded to give others in the drive through behind me their food before i went inside and complained. they most definitely forgot about my order. just goto the one on us 23 and save yourself the headache

Plan on only getting part of your order if you order on the mobile app. Sadly, that goes for delivery and for in drive/pick up. What happened to the double check of orders they used to tell you they did?

I wish I could give the food a higher rating, but it's a McDonald's, you don't go there for great food, you go there because it's fast and cheap. I will say that this McDonald's is incredibly fast. If you haven't tried to completely customize a meal for 6 people, you should be through the drive-thru in minutes. It's actually quite amazing how quickly you get your order. I have never had an incorrect order when going through the drive-thru.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal with sprite, a quarter pounder with cheese, no onions and plain bun and a original mcChicken meal with a coke zero. We ate our fries on the way home and had the correct drinks but got 10pc nuggget, chicken dtrips and a McDouble!
