This particular McDonald's is very cool. When they say fast food, they aren't playing. I have not had to wait at this place, and my food was always hot and fresh. Very clean and neat on the inside as well. Used the kiosk and got it to work the first time. Tables and floors needed cleaned though. Used kiosk to order again it didn't work. I had to pay the cashier. My order was sent to the wrong table. Food was good though.

Horrible service. I asked the manager if they had salt for the walk outside she ignored me.No one was there to help the customers. I almost fell walking in the door. And nobody could be bothered to salt. The walk took fifteen minutes to get my food horrible service

I go to this location 1 or 2 times a month and the team that works at this location always gets the order correct. However, my last trip, I used the mobile app and the app showed the pickup location as this store but the email confirmation showed the order went to another store, 1 county away and I wasn’t going back during a bad snowstorm for sure. A young man named, Gene, took care of the situation at the drive thru window, he saw what the issue was and took care of our order. Thanks to Gene for his service, he needs a pat on the back for making an attempt where so many others wouldn’t have in 2024.
Slowest McDonald’s there is. When I pulled in there were 3 cars in the drive thru but all of them were already pulled up to the window. Placed my order pretty quick and that’s where is goes downhill. I waited over 12 minutes after placing my order to receive my food. Sat for easily 7 or 8 minutes before I could pay. Then was asked to pull up by the door for an order with 2 items and sat there while 6 other cars got their food. No apology or anything from the staff. I will avoid this location at all costs

Guy on drive thru was mumbling so we can barely hear him. Came here specifically for ice cream, was told they didn't have any. Ordered a strawberry pie instead, got to the window and was told they also didn't have that. They also close the lobby before 7:30pm.
