This new McDonald's in Lewis Center is awful. Five out of five times they have messed up my order, got sandwiches that weren't put together correctly twice and the drive thru is always a disaster.

Very slow. At least 6 people in back, but no one will come to the counter, even when they see you. Brand new and clean, but how does McDonalds think it is a better experience to have a cold, uninviting, unstaffed counter?!?! Can't even get ketchup. Very bad experience again. So convenient for us, but we will not be back. )-:

This location is hit or miss depending on hours. Order before 6pm, any time after you are bound to get the wrong items, missing items, or a sloppy made sandwich. I make the mistake to order after 6pm and every time I am missing an item.

Service was friendly but took quite a while. Ordered 2 McMuffins but didn't eat either. One was stale and hard while the egg on the second one tasted off and was turning blue and green. Hopefully I don't get sick from it. My "caramel macchiato" tasted like regular coffee. Pretty disappointing

Paid at 753 and had our food at 814. Then had to get up and go ask for a fork for my daughter's pancakes. Then again to ask for butter and syrup. Not a single apology for taking so long my sandwich was cold, missing half the stuff needed in order to eat it or for the plethora of angry customers we heard complaining and walking out. Rarely leave reviews but this new set up obviously isn't working.

I decided to try this new location and I was disappointed. No condiments table available, no screen with menus, and no fountain drinks machine in the dining area. I guess it will be ok just to drive thru.
