I came through the drive thru and the headsets went down as I was ordering. I was still able to order and pay. I get to the next window and they tell me there’s a wait because the kitchen is having issues. Should’ve told me that before I aid, especially since I am on my lunch break. I requested a refund and instead of giving me a refund they still made me wait which in turn made me late to work. Next time just give me my money back.

This new McDonald's in Lewis Center is awful. Five out of five times they have messed up my order, got sandwiches that weren't put together correctly twice and the drive thru is always a disaster.
