Mi Cerrito Mexican Restaurant Delaware

We have gone to this restaurant several times over many years but less and less often over the course of time as the food and service has gotten worse and the prices have sharply increased! This last experience was extremely disappointing and probably won't be going back. I ordered the Pollo Loco and the serving size of the meal was extremely small!! The chicken was probably 4oz., and the rice was maybe 1oz. The meal had very little taste and the cheese they used was poor quality. The service was also slow and not very friendly. There are numerous Mexican restaurants in the area that all offer larger portions, tastier food, better service at a better value!

The service here is outstanding. My server had my whole family laughing. Seeing my child laughing made my day. The food was great. Maybe the best shrimp I've had.

First time trying this restaurant. We ordered Enchiladas Verde and the Salmon dish. Finished everything on our plates. Service was prompt and friendly. Place has a colorful and lively feel. We'll be back.

Small restaurant with great food in downtown Delaware. Highly recommend.

Pretty good food and drinks. It's a small space and the dining area was mostly full. However I expected more sincere attention from the wait staff. It's not that she didn't take our order and handle everything promptly. It's the fact that she seemed distracted or uninterested in our experience. We were there for the first time to celebrate my birthday and she didn't even acknowledge that when I said it. Based on our first and only experience with this restaurant, I would not recommend it for a special celebration. I may have to try it again to see if that Sunday afternoon was just a fluke.

We stopped in on our way through town and it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the homemade guacamole and the tropical carnitas burrito. 🌯 both were amazing and were delivered to our table FAST! Our waitress even got us Togo drinks for our drive. Highly recommend

Me, my sister mom and grandma came here. Today and it's one of if not best Mexican food places I've been to! They have a super big variety of foods to choose from and unlike SOME places..... They don't solely focus on alcohol but they do have a bar and from what I saw it seems like an great ahh bar. And the staff was excellent and joked around a bit. 10/10 Id go again
