I don’t often write bad reviews, but this one I felt the need to because I order from here all the time and 90% of the time my order is wrong or not made correctly. Don’t waste your money here. I’m done getting curdled milk coffee and a sandwich with just mayo.

This is the WORST Panera I have ever visited. Everyone has a poor attitude and deflects responsibility, especially the drive thru. Managers have no control over these kids and their disrespectful attitude. Manager claimed ‘what do you expect they make minimum wage?’ The 16 year old female closed the window in our faces and sheepishly had another young guy hand us our order. That’s a cowardly bush league move after she smart assed a customer through the intercom. She didn’t realize we would go inside and speak to the manager. Nothing but excuses from Anna the manager for the poor behavior. Panera charges a premium for meals and the expectation is a heightened level of professional courtesy from the staff. Marissa the Regional Director (yeah, we know who the RD is) needs to visit this location and do a full review of operations and ensure everyone who is customer facing falls complies with corporate expectations regarding customer interactions. Unacceptable from a restaurant charging 15.00 for salads to be treated as rudely as we were. Anna the manager mentioned she’ll bring it up with the store GM and District Manager. No worries we already filed an official complaint with corporate. I give this location less than 1 star.

Very poor management. Went in this morning no decaf coffee ready. The manager sitting in a booth with line at the front counter. Really has gone down hill. When I did get coffee it was cold as was the manager 🤨

Lady taking our order was ok, it comes to the food when it gets bad. I seriously recommend going to subway or a gas station to get sandwiches. Ordered a BLT and got half a piece of bacon on it. Ridiculous. Don’t come here. Snooty privileged workers that view this location as a “hangout spot” not a workplace, very low levels of professionalism. Grow up. Lower prices. Make decent food. More bacon.

Tried the new Croissant Toast sandwich, it was disgusting and wasn't close to looking like the TV ad. It was soggy! And as the norm, coffee was not hot. The manager of this store should be fired. Worst Panera ever!

I got the sip club and since I am the GM at the Planet Fitness, it’s literally the best thing!!! I come here all the time like at least 2 to 3 times a week and Kaiya at your window is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met they know my name and they know how I like my drinks every single time- I don’t have to even ask for no ice. There is no option in your app to write that I don’t like ice, but I always pick up my food when I order through the app and there is no ice in my drinks just like I like it. Kaiya is the best most happy person I’ve met as a worker here since coming and I’m such a raving fan just to get to see them everytime I go through the drive thru!!! Such amazing customer service!!! I truly think that they are probably one of your best workers ❤️

Terrible experience at the drive-thru. The customer service was unacceptable—rude and dismissive. Megan, in particular, should not be in a customer-facing role. She was unprofessional and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. Management needs to step in and provide proper training on how to treat customers with respect. I won’t be returning.
