My kids and I went through the drive thru last night and got one pick 2 meal. We were the only ones in line and it was about 8:30. We waited for 8 minutes. I guess I don’t understand how they can be so slow all the time. It doesn’t matter if I’m driving thru or picking up inside. It’s always around 10 minutes or more. And that’s if they get the meal right. You’re probably asking why I still go there? So am I.

1st time here as I'm traveling! I believe his name is Jeff per the young lady at the counter. Jeffffffffff!!!!!! You did datttttt!!!! I had forgot to put my sauce on my order and told Jeff. Jeff did what many don't when I put Extra Chipotle sauce on my order, he actually put extra! 😆 I always have to ask for a extra cup of sauce cause I usually get a choke sandwich so I get extra in a cup so I finish my sandwich alive! Just kidding... 🤭 I love Panera! Someone said I'm gonna be a Panera Bread if I keep on. 😩😅 Well, when I'm back this way again, I'll be sure to stop back by this 1 for sure! Visited drive thru on Monday 8/11 around 7:05 pm. Took the for one whole Greek goddess chicken Cobb salad with an apple pulled for and sat sandwiched between cars in line.20 minutes later I moved forward. Yes, for the car in front of me to pull forward with their order afraid to ask them to let me pass. The salad was stuffed with lettuce and lacked all ingredients. Looked like the ingreds were for a half salad. The girl at the window explained they were jammed and ran out of things but didn’t explain it affected my salad. Hadnt been there for a long time won’t go to that location again.

Consistently dissapoints ever since they've changed their game to drive thru timely orders. I long for the original Panera that wasn't focused on the fast food model.

I got the sip club and since I am the GM at the Planet Fitness, it’s literally the best thing!!! I come here all the time like at least 2 to 3 times a week and Kaiya at your window is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met they know my name and they know how I like my drinks every single time- I don’t have to even ask for no ice. There is no option in your app to write that I don’t like ice, but I always pick up my food when I order through the app and there is no ice in my drinks just like I like it. Kaiya is the best most happy person I’ve met as a worker here since coming and I’m such a raving fan just to get to see them everytime I go through the drive thru!!! Such amazing customer service!!! I truly think that they are probably one of your best workers ❤️

The place was scattered with trash on the floor. The broccoli cheddar soup was watered down. The chicken salad was good. Overall, it is unsatisfactory for Panera.
