Visited drive thru on Monday 8/11 around 7:05 pm. Took the for one whole Greek goddess chicken Cobb salad with an apple pulled for and sat sandwiched between cars in line.20 minutes later I moved forward. Yes, for the car in front of me to pull forward with their order afraid to ask them to let me pass. The salad was stuffed with lettuce and lacked all ingredients. Looked like the ingreds were for a half salad. The girl at the window explained they were jammed and ran out of things but didn’t explain it affected my salad. Hadnt been there for a long time won’t go to that location again.

Consistently dissapoints ever since they've changed their game to drive thru timely orders. I long for the original Panera that wasn't focused on the fast food model.
Had the Bacon Turkey Rancher. It was super soft, fluffy, tasty and warm. So fresh and made wonderfully! Always friendly staff. Thanks!

The place was scattered with trash on the floor. The broccoli cheddar soup was watered down. The chicken salad was good. Overall, it is unsatisfactory for Panera.
This is the most beautiful Panera I have ever been to, and Susara went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience! Try the chicken asiago bagel stack :)
I ordered catering about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I needed it. We lost power at the nursing home I work for and needed hot coffee and tea for lunch service. Not only did we get 8 boxes of coffee and tea but also all the creamer and sweetener we would need. They also found a coupon they used on the order for a 10% discount. It arrived on time which was incredible since the most direct way to us was closed due to an accident and the driver had to come the back way. It was a great experience and very helpful.
it’s always something with this panera. when I order with my family, they forgot a persons whole meal or screw the contents up entirely. I went alone recently, ordered nothing but a squash soup and drink, and they gave me a soup that was so wildly not what I ordered that I don't even know how one can mess up that bad. There was one other order besides mine and it took so comically long for the workers to put my food together. All they did was sit there and talk to each other behind the counter.

Very kind and helpful!
1/9/25 tried to place order but older woman at counter was a sleep this is not good.do you have to pick from the barrel to get help . Not good for your business
Stopped in today for the first (and last) time to this location. It took forever to order and the cashier got very offended when I questioned how the 8.99 special and a drink was $17. I also had a promo card and when the manager was finally located he refused to accept it. After almost 15 minutes, I simply left! I had heard the service was horrible at this location but I had no idea!!
I ordered tortilla soup no longer available. I ordered one large broccoli and cheese soup and one large chicken noodle soup, and both of my orders seemed to be weak (water down) and had no taste. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. This was a Take-out-order.

Even during non-busy hours, it took 30 minutes from placing the order to receiving the food. It seems the staff could benefit from additional training.
