I called for a home delivery order and then they called me that they were not going to send their driver for such a low amount for the location 0.25 miles and they canceled my order I don’t know what kind of person works there to treat customers in this rude way, if the app didn’t give me problems the worst of all is that my money is returned after 3 days

i love this Papa johns, they are usually really busy but my pizza is always on time. there's limited parking in front, but you can absolutely park closer to donatos. thank you for always being kind and fast!!
Very disappointed. Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and well done wings for delivery. Seemed like it was in the 'on the way status' forever. Finally I went to the front door to see if delivery was out front. Food sitting on my porch- pizza box had an ant on it.. Everything was barely warm. I called and the young lady who answered was very nice. She asked the driver and he said he rang the doorbell and left. I have been paying tips in cash.. so this poor delivery missed out on $5. Also, pizza definitely didn't have extra sauce either. :(
