We placed the order online to be picked up at 11:00. Our daughter was there right at 11:00 and she waited 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging her or even knowing she was there an employee came in and clocked and never spoke to her walked to the back. Finally 5 minutes later someone came out and assisted her. Why was she made to wait and not be helped? We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again in the future.

Pizza hut, gàve me about eight excellent pizzas over three or four months with double extra sauce like I asked. They have become complacent because they no longer put extra sauce on my pizza. That abruptly stopped for whatever reason. Now, When I ask for extra double extra sauce in the comment section when I order online, it no longer happens. They just don't seem to give a shit anymore about customer satisfaction.

Well I was just waiting on a door dash and they wanted me to do something I wasn't comfortable doing for a customer bc they couldn't complete the order so I said I would just unassigne from it they got really mad yelled at me to leave and said they was going to block me from being able to get any order there any more like what did I do and that's how you treat people ok got it I don't want to help your business anymore anyways your welcome

I like the deal lovers they are easy to choose from, I get anxiety just trying to decide on the menu and it’s hard for me to make choices. So I get a simple menu and easy choices. The deal lovers menu is perfect. ?
Parking: The parking has a spot in front of the store. There is a second parking lot in the back. Behind Pizza Hut is an open lot that you can park in there sometimes. If your from the area you know where the parking lot is.

Had 8 large pizzas and 4 orders of cheesy bread delivered to Blackwing Shooting Center during the Ohio High School Clay League tournament. The delivery was right on time by a delightful driver. The food was hot and delicious.
