Ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas and only 1 was delivered, with wrong toppings..! Called the store and was told nothing could be done about it. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Will NEVER order from this chain again. They need to close up and let Flyers pizza open a store in their location.

This was the worst gluten free pizza I have ever had, couldn’t even eat it. Asked for well done and the cheese wasn’t even melted, crust like grainy sand paper. Costco frozen pizza is better than this. Will not be ordering again.

The consistency of the pizza here is similar to sports clips. You never know what you are going to get. Cant speak to the people as im sure they are amazing. Have probably eaten this location 6 or 7 times. They went 2/7 on their pizza. Two of the times were very good. Honorable mentions:1. pizza dough similar to pillsbury man, undercooked to the max2. I ask for lite sauce yet had enough sauce to drown in3. Pizza burnt so bad it taste like ash4. Pizza lunchable had more pepperoni then I had on the whole pizzaOnce consistency is perfected. I will edit review

Ordered a pizza and a bottle of capone sauce at 6:38 with a 45 minute delivery window. An hour and 55 minutes later a cold pizza is delivered to my door no bottle of sauce, just ten little cups half of them busted open. I called the store and spoke with a very condescending manager. Asked what he could do. I was honest, Im not waiting two hours for another pizza. I said if you are out of product you need to have your owner update the info (he watches it like a hawk) and you need to update your delivery times. I want pizza, I'll wait two hours for it, if Im told its that long and if it wasnt popped into the oven at shortly after 6:38 when I ordered the pizza. He said it wont be two hours. He said our delivery times are an hour and 15 minutes, but he assured me his driver was twenty minutes out on a delivery and he could have it out the door when he got back. I told him to just refund the money and they can have the pizza he refused. Im tired of hearing the one driver excuse. They started having dashers and postmates etc pick up extra deliveries a few years before covid when Adam was still the GM. This location is awful and is always run by the most condescending people on the planet. Complaining doesnt really do any good, just hope to spare someone else this silliness.

The food was sloppy. pizza was falling apart and the service was mediocre. It was my first time giving Romeos pizza a try so I got my first order which was pick up half off but if I didn't get that offer my order would have been around 20 something which is a bit pricey with this all being said it will probably be the last time eating there also

Absolutely terrible service. The staff is so disorganized placed an online order at 7 am for a further order to be delivered at 5. Called at noon to make sure the order was received and that we would have it delivered at 5. The lady said yes it was received and yes it will be delivered. At 5:15 I called and asked the status and the guy said they were waiting on a delivery driver so my husband went to pick up the order. He got there and they didn't know where the pizza was or if it already went out. Never ordering again from this location until staff or management changes how things are ran.
