Bought two energy drink and was supposed to be discounted. Paid and looked at receipt and the discount was t applied. Told the cashier and she said I didn’t scan my rewards card. I said you didn’t ask for it and didn’t see the fine print if there was any saying rewards card required. She looked at me like wasn’t her problem and wouldn’t fix. Won’t be back.

Very unprofessional store. The store Manager kevin is terrible. The dude hired someone fulltime and then cuts there hours to 1 day a week. How do they expect a person to live off that. The store is very nasty needs cleaned have no clue how they pass inspections. Don't shop at this location until kevin is fired

This location has gone downhill on the MTO side waited in line today for over 34 minutes for a milkshake please fire the blonde old lady that is making all the food and the drinks. She doesn’t know what she is doing. My milkshake was watered down and when I try to call and raise the issue, they hung up on me. Thanks I won’t be back to this location.
Unfortunately I am unable to provide a good review as I recently had a bad experience in this location. I paid for gas and a juice with a 100 dollar bill and the manager gave me my change, which was 67 and some change. Between the bills given to me I was given a fake 20 dollar bill. I returned to the location and informed the manager, same person who gave me the change, and asked for the bill to be exchanged. He left to check the camaras and then told me he could not take the fake 20 dollar bill. I did confront him and told him why he could not tell the bill was fake when he gave it to me. The moment i saw it I could tell and when I touched it, it felt like paper. I was referred to customer service who informed me that they would not return my money back after 8 mins on hold and that I would need to make a police report. She informed me that she only checked with security and never even reached out to the manager before informing me I would not get my 20 dollar bill. I am making this review to make everyone aware. You may receive a fake bill from this location and you will not get your money back because they will not take responsibility for their actions. Up to this point the money doesn't even matter, what matters is that the person that gave me the change is unable to take responsibility for his actions. I don't think I would have been this upset if he only admitted he was mistaken. As you see in the picture attached there is a huge difference between both bills. FYI, both bills were given to me by the manager and he could not tell they were different. I will now be checking all of my bills before leaving this location as I no longer trust they are capable of telling fake from real and they can do this again because corporate won't do anything about it.

i go to this sheetz all of the time so i dont want to give it 1 star because usually i dont have this many issues. but tonight i went in to get food. when we arrived to place our order (one burger, one hot chocolate, and 2 orders of mozzarella stick) there were no orders on the screen. our order was placed at 2:47am. when we sat down to wait we watched as the drive through started to get a little busy. we then waited for them to clear the entire drive through before even touching our food order (we already got the hot chocolate). we did not recieve our order until 3:25am. i have worked fast food before. i understand it gets busy at night. but there is no reason that we waited more than a half an hour for 3 food items. not to mention that the store seemed to be pretty fully staffed for the time it was. all in all i wish my bacon wasnt inedible and i wish they would pay a bit of attention to which orders come in when. there were enough people in that kitchen that i couldve been out of there in 10 mins total.

love Love LOVE Sheetz! I live in Marion and unfortunately we don’t have a Sheetz! I love this location in particular. It’s on a very busy road, but this location is huge, but well stocked and they always have what I want. Staff is friendly and I love the vibe to this store!
