The young lady welcoming and seating guests was the best employee by far. Server was nice, food took atleast an hour, she made an early check in with us after ordering them avoided eye contact as I’m sure she knew it was taking forever as well. Wanted a quick bite to eat with friends but took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple meal. Food was good but one of the hamburger buns was as hard as a rock. Prices are fair if service was better.
I dont normally go for a large burger. But my friend said I had to. My taste buds loved it, but the scale did not ? I liked the old neighborhood appeal. Wait staff was attentive and great. And the prices were fantastic.
I wanted casual, easy & delicious. Son of Thurman’s fit the bill. A1 burger 1/3 lb was huge but I still wanted more A1. My love got the Son of Bacon 3/4 lb. Well balanced, hand-formed patty, juicy, not overcooked with fresh lettuce & tomato. Beautifully presented with a nice balance of flavors. We WILL be back!
