I never post reviews but I had to and am going to start buying local after this and I hope others do too. I came in on New Year’s Eve and noticed their posted hours showed that they were open on Christmas. When I asked the cashir she said that they had to or they were fired.. WHAT! I asked to speak to their manager but was told he wasn’t working then or on Christmas. What kind of person forces their workers to work on a holiday but does not work themselves?! Don with this company.

The coffee is okay but I waited over 25 minutes in the drive through line. At that wait time, you would expect your coffee to be ready when you get to the window. It was not. They did not even acknowledge the long wait nor did they use my birthday rewards I had on the app. I assumed when I scanned the app and handed them the cash, they would just take what they needed and give the change. I guess I was wrong. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at a Starbucks that usually does very well.

First Time stopping here. Everything thing was awesome. Had a mango dragonfuit refresher, plus an egg white ,feta cheese and spinach wrap, and potato and chive cake. Nicole and her entire crew were awesome. Can't wait to stop back. Great Job Starbucks Delaware!!!

I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order was prepared quickly, and the barista even remembered my name and favorite drink. The atmosphere was clean and inviting - perfect for a quick coffee break before getting to work. Great job to the team for making my day a little brighter!

I stop into the Starbucks at 1740 Columbus Pike regularly, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick to get orders out, even during busy times. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere whether you’re grabbing a drink to go or sitting down to work. My drinks are always made just right, and I appreciate the consistent quality and service. Definitely my go-to coffee spot in the area!

This Starbucks is my go-to study spot! The staff is always so nice and they make you feel welcome the second you walk in. My drinks are always spot on, and the atmosphere is perfect for getting work done. Highly recommend!

How interesting that my previous review was deleted. My mother and I were interrupted and rudely addressed a few weeks ago by an employee named Mark. He wouldn’t stop talking to us at our table while his coworkers looked quite busy. I had to tell him to leave us alone since he wouldn’t take a hint. After leaving us alone, we noticed that he was speaking very aggressive to his coworkers while not helping them. A very uncomfortable experience overall.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Rude. Unhelpful. They stare at you dumbfounded instead of finding simple solutions. Half of the time they’re closed or only have one worker.

Bought coffee beans from a Starbucks, brought those to this locations and they said nope they're not going to grind them for me because I purchased them from a different Starbucks... Uh what, needless to say I won't be buying Starbucks anymore 👋🏼

The last 3 days I have ordered has been the worst. First day missing a couple things. Second day missing the most part was sugar
And cream in a latte and today coffee and just creamer when we ordered another latte. We come here every morning and then Today not only was the coffee absolutely terrible. It wasn’t even the right coffee. Time to take a break from this location. Consistency the last couple of months have been not good. I’ve had to throw out at least 5 drinks since Aug because of how awful it is. 50$ a week we spend and I think it’s time that we find another place.
