Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Rude. Unhelpful. They stare at you dumbfounded instead of finding simple solutions. Half of the time they’re closed or only have one worker.

Bought coffee beans from a Starbucks, brought those to this locations and they said nope they're not going to grind them for me because I purchased them from a different Starbucks... Uh what, needless to say I won't be buying Starbucks anymore 👋🏼

The last 3 days I have ordered has been the worst. First day missing a couple things. Second day missing the most part was sugar
And cream in a latte and today coffee and just creamer when we ordered another latte. We come here every morning and then Today not only was the coffee absolutely terrible. It wasn’t even the right coffee. Time to take a break from this location. Consistency the last couple of months have been not good. I’ve had to throw out at least 5 drinks since Aug because of how awful it is. 50$ a week we spend and I think it’s time that we find another place.

I usually do drive-thru. This location is efficient and pretty easy to get in and out.

Always closed dont come here and the Hailey chic or the manager there i reported today to headquarters and the blonde head girl with red lipstick on at 5pm were horrible we sat in the damn line for 12 to 15 minutes total and got up to the window just for em to say they aren't giving us nothing because they heard me in my car talking to my boyfriend about they should be giving us something for inconvenience and the blonde girl with red lipstick on got but hurt cause I said all that and they didn't give us Nothin and said here's your card back but we can leave with no coffee in hand cause they were butt hurt that I was telling the truth and I told them it was unacceptable

Probably the nicest staff ever. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 drinks and 2 pup cups. When I got to the window, the coupon I had (buy 1 get 1) wasn't working on my phone so I couldn't pull it up. I didn't have enough in my acct for both drinks so I had them remove 1. Then my card didn't work and I'm scrounging the car for the change, embarrassingly holding up the line. I finally got the amount and handed it to the cashier after overly apologizing repeatedly. She didn't seem frustrated or annoyed. She sounded very understanding and patient with me. They ended up giving me the drink I took off the order, that I couldn't afford, as well. I understand that they can't always do that, or they wouldn't make $, but it was very much appreciated.

Went in to order a coffee and got sent away because they were only doing online orders!? What!
They put Carmel flavored cold foam in my pink drink when I asked for vanilla so disappointing for spending almost 8 dollars on a drink

Never had a worse experience like I did today at Starbucks. The lady running the drive thru with light pink hair and glasses was so rude. I’ve never let someone ruin my day or piss me off over a mess up, when I asked her to remake my $6.75 drink she got smart as I handed it to her she said um excuse me I can’t take that back. You need to rip out the label for me so I can see what you had. Okay well first off if you had a common sense a frozen drink you’re not gonna get the sticker off it’s wet and will just rip into pieces. She literally could have looked at it on her computer hints to how she ever found my order in the first place. Worse attitude ever, she kept blinking her eyes 20 times in a row super fast when I had to repeat my drink I ordered that she handed to me and repeated back to me. I’ve never had so much anger to where I had to call Starbucks cooperate or any cooperate place and complain. I really can’t believe when someone ask you to remake there drink you just can’t simple do that. Isn’t that your job? Shoot if I just had to make drinks all day for a living that would be so easy.
