Store closes at 8:00. The kid working was shutting down at 4:30 but when I got there at 4:15, he already had espresso machines and oven turned off so all you could get were non-espresso drinks. He also made my daughter’s drink incorrectly. Very tired of poor customer service at this location.

I go to Starbucks a lot and the majority of the time my drink tastes good, however every once in a while there is an old woman who is working and she ALWAYS messes up my drink, including my friends drinks. They’ve asked for a cold drink and she makes it hot and they politely asked her if she could make it again and she took the hot drink and poured it into a cup of ice. I’ve seen her arguing with customers and be rude to me and my friends before. Today before school I pre ordered a chai latte using a gift card I got for my birthday, I walk in to get it and I see her working in there so I’m already preparing myself for my drink to be wrong and I see my drink and there’s no cold foam like I asked for and I’m already in a hurry so I don’t say anything about it, she then says to me “Don’t forget your strawberry acai” I look at her and say “I didn’t get a refresher” and she says “I wasn’t talking to you” mind you- there isn’t anyone else in there besides one woman on a call at the other end of the area. I then go back out to my car and take a drink of my drink, and it’s COFFEE. Other than her all the other employees that work there are all very nice and make my drinks good.

When people talk about Starbucks, they rave about the coffee, the seasonal drinks, the cozy vibes — but let me tell you, the real VIP here is the napkin.

Yes, you heard me right.

This humble, unassuming piece of material deserves its own round of applause. First, the texture: a beautifully detailed, almost braille-like surface that feels luxurious to the touch. It’s not just a napkin — it’s a tactile experience. Run your fingers across its dotted surface, and it delivers a gentle sensory pleasure that’s oddly grounding and satisfying, like you’re holding a miniature piece of eco-friendly art.

The feel is sturdy yet soft, with just the right balance between durability and comfort. Need to wipe up a coffee spill? Boom, handled like a pro. Need to dab a pastry crumb from your lap? Effortless. Need a fidget object to calm your nerves in the middle of an existential crisis about whether you ordered the right drink? This napkin’s texture is here for you.

Let’s also talk about the design: understated branding, earthy tones, and a commitment to recycled material that says, “Hey, we care about the planet too.” It’s the kind of detail that makes you appreciate the thoughtful touches Starbucks puts into even the smallest parts of the customer experience.

So next time you grab that latte or iced matcha, pause for a second and appreciate the tactile masterpiece they tuck beside your drink. This napkin isn’t just paper — it’s a star performer in the Starbucks lineup. Bravo, napkin. Bravo. 👏✨

I didn't like it! People there seem to hate their job. Good drinks maybe, but they seem mad.

My husband and I stopped in before heading to a Father’s Day celebration and needed a snack and some caffeine. The girl at the counter was so sweet and talkative. She gave us great recommendations and she had even written an encouraging note on my cup when we came back up to get our order at the counter. Give this girl a raise!

Never ask for Is carmel macchiato upside down because they never do it right. Also the morning crew is very rude and rush. I literally had to ask if I was allowed to order my second drink. I was barely done ordering my first drink and she asking for me to put my card in the reader.

The Baristas are very friendly and caring. I dropped my coffee in the parking lot and came back in to buy a new one. They replaced my coffee and their positive attitudes made my day.

Poor customer services. Those girls need training, they don't know the ingredients of the drinks and they would ignore you when they are busy.

I stood at the counter while the two people working just continued chatting and it went on so long that I had to ask if they were open! Absolutely terrible service!! We need a new Starbucks in Delaware!

Great when they're open. Staffing issues are a real problem around here.

i usually don’t come to this location because of consistently having bad experiences. this past time i came in because it’s the closest location to me, and first of all, i couldn’t order online because they only accepted starbucks cards. 2nd, the employee was not friendly (hardly said “hello what can i get you?”). 3rd, i wanted to scan my app for points/to pay but the employee just said “no” when i asked if i could. finally, the employee who was working the register (touching cash, buttons, etc) walked over and prepared my drink— without washing her hands or putting on gloves— and put on my lid with her hand pressed on the mouth opening. i find that extremely unclean and gross. i almost didn’t want to drink my cold brew after seeing that.i have had consistently bad experiences here similar to this, and from now on i am not going to return here to get a drink! i’d rather drive the extra distance to get a much better experience!!!would like friendly staff and a cleaner environment and standards for the employees.
