Went in today to get subs. There's food all over the tables. This man was cross contaminating as well as dropped another customers sub on the floor, proceeded to pick it up, rewrap it and put it in their bag and made them pay for. What in the heck was that!!! We left. Never again will go back in there such a disgrace.

Just got a sandwich over there, and believe or not the bread wasn’t fresh. It’s dry and awful. I was gonna order a steak and cheese sandwich, but the steak was in the oven still for one more hour (during lunch time).

Placed an order for pickup at a specific time and order definitely wasn’t ready by then. Had to wait for them to finish walk in orders to start on my food. So I actually got my food 30 minutes after initial pickup time.
