I came in today to order subs for my family. I was not greeted, waited around five minutes before someone took my order. Upon requesting mayonnaise for my sub, the appeared to be owner proceeded to cover it in mustard without asking first. When I voiced the mistake, he simply scrapes the mustard off the lettuce, leaving behind globs and creating a bigger mess on the sandwich and counter. I also requested my sub to be warmed however, upon receiving it, it is cold due to the slow pace of the worker. He also charged us extra bacon, even though we asked for and received a normal amount.

So slow, workers have zero motivation. Told the guy I want a footlong on wheat, he pulls out a 6 inch white bread. Then he asks me 3 times what meat I want in the sub, then tries to put mayo on my sub which I didn’t ask for. throws it all together and it’s an absolute mess. I had already paid while it was being made and before he wraps my sandwich he just stares at cash register for a full minute. Drug testing would be a step in the right direction for this place.

Literally in their parking lot disgusted. Walked in to order a sub, the guys sitting at the table rubbing his feet, slips his shoe back on, walks in the back to get to the counter, grabs a paper for my food and asks what I wanted. I said "nothing" and walked out. Didn't wash his hands, put on gloves or anything. Disgusting!!!

A few months ago when I lived in Delaware I went here every week! I know the owner and he is wonderful! He is such a kind and caring man who does everything he can for those who are struggling. The food was also always good! This is such an underrated restaurant in Delaware.

I stopped by this Subway yesterday on my way home from a long trip and was tired and hungry.The woman behind the counter immediately seemed put out that I had walked in and her tone was clipped and rude throughout the ordering process even though I only ordered one 6 inch sandwich which should have been easy. No other customers were there at the time.Then as she wrapped my sandwich she told me I could get my own receipt which required me to reach under the dirty plexiglass shield and across the counter to retrieve because she didn't want to. At least the sub was good that day.Then today since I had no food in the fridge after being gone so long I decided to order a sandwich again because last night's sandwich was pretty good. I used door dash so this way I wouldn't have to deal with the abysmal customer service. I paid 9 dollars for a footlong cold cut combo. I changed nothing, only picked a sauce.What I received was not even edible. There was no ham, no salami, no lettuce and no veggies. It was literally just bread, a WAD of bologna and a glob of sauce. I had to throw it away. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot bring myself to believe anyone working there really thought that was correct. They don't even sell a sandwich like that. No one would eat it.Won't be returning here after this. I wasted nearly ten dollars on food I didn't receive, customer service is awful and the place was dirty as well.

I know the owner of this branch of subway personally and he is AMZING such a nice guy and super caring. The service is phenomenal and the employees are great. Top notch ingredients as always. We got food to go. The food is good but the fingerprints on the glass above the food station has me concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the kitchen and the workers. Also the front door glass and windows were very dirty. Also was a sign about not accepting coupons because of the difficult times we are in. ??? I don't think subway or even the franchises here in Delaware are struggling. Hopefully they get cleaned up or we may not be eating there any more.

Dirtiest Subway I’ve ever been too. The plexiglass shields were completely filthy, as well as the glass covers that go up and down over the food, just completely covered in gunk and sticky stuff. Even my 7 year old son commented on it.Also very skimpy on toppings. My son asked for tomato on his 12” sub and she said “is 2 ok?” Just seemed odd.

I thought subway coupons are meant to be be used at Subway restaurant ???. Apparently not. This place won't take m cupón and they hardly give me an explanation ,. Basically they said they have the right to denied any cupón on promotion at their own discretion ????

The owner “doesn’t take” coupons. Service was good, but that is a very upsetting way of running a business, I’m never going back that’s for sure. The owner should be ashamed. It’s what I get for going to a subway just cause I have a coupon hahaha
