When asked for fresh lettuce and they gave an attitude and then after giving fresh lettuce for my fiance's sub they then took the browned old lettuce and stuck it on top of the fresh lettuce and served it to the people behind us . drenched my sub in dressing when only asked for some!! inedible this place is a joke they need to get better help .

I was traveling Down route 23 and decided to stop to get a sub from Subway. When I walked into this particular subway I was the only customer. There were two workers having a conversation amongst themselves. Neither one of them stop the conversation to greet me and ask me what I would like. I even stood there for about 45 seconds, mind you I'm the only customer in there. I proceeded To leave. I'm pretty sure race has something to do with it. I'm a tall black man. It sucks that we have to deal with Racism in the year 2025.

Manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had placed an order last night and an error was made on 3 out of 4 of my subs. I did not ask for any monetary reimbursement or even to replace all of my order. I simply asked if there was any way to correct at least one of the sandwiches. I was rudely told there is no way that a mistake could have been made because the compture tells staff the correct count that goes on the sandwich so it would be correct and went on to say she would then review footage. All over maybe an eight dollar sub after I just fifty dollars. Absolutely horrible, disrespectful and, degrading experience.

Alex Lanson made me the best sandwich i’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting, his service was top tier, working on multiple orders while he made my sandwich and i felt like i was the only one in the store, 10/10 would come back but only if alex is working.

our staff ordered online ahead of time, we got 4 subs and a bowl. it said our order would be done by 1. we came in and the whole time we were waiting the staff was complaining how “big” our order was and how annoying it was. talking with other customers about how they wish people would order online and actually come when it said it would be done. (we came right when it said it would be done). all together it was an awful experience. apparently the staff doesn’t want customers and doesn’t want to work. lazy.

Went in to order lunch before work and was completely ignored by both employees "working" someone walked in right behind me and picked up an express order and they gave him his order while I stood in line. I walked out. Very rude. very unprofessional but not surprising.

I go here a lot and it's a great place. Diane always greets me by name when I enter and she's working. The food itself is great as far as that goes. Knocked off one star for the atmosphere because it could use a better playlist for the music. Also they need to bring back the Swiss cheese.
