My client and I visit this Subway often and yesterday 9/10/25 the woman who was working cares more about whoever she is talking to her on her phone than she does the customer. We’ve had one other encounter with her a few weeks ago, and it was exactly the same! She has her phone in her ear and talking on the phone the entire time while trying to take orders. I watched her make every single order to go (put in a bag) while we were there whether they dined in or took it. I’m guessing because she doesn’t want to wash trays? Maybe she could use some retraining?

Very pleasant staff with amazing customer service! Food was fresh and amazing! I would love to have this subway close to home instead of any other. Veggies so fresh and cold. Sauce was even fresh and cold! A very pleasant experience for being at a subway that I've ate before just not at this store. Thanks again!

They don’t seem to care about the quality of their food. I passed on some of my usual toppings as the veggies were visibly bad. Girl behind the counter acted as though I was bothering her as she was sitting in the office on her phone. Will not eat at this particular location anymore.

Ordered some 6” subs today. What you’re looking at is a Philly cheesesteak …. I think they’re selling the kids or SHEIN version. Def NOT 6” and barely anything on it!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a subway in 30 years. Since when does it cost $25 for 2 subs and 1 was $5.99? I can honestly say I'm going to make it a point to never support Subway again. This company is scamming people.
