I arrived at the store at 4 am, only to find it closed at 5 am. The store clerk completely shut down the store and refused to respond when I called him from the pick-up window. He was standing by the window, pretending to be oblivious to the customers and the closed store.

Two days in a row when i had an order scheduled for a specific time.. Not only were they delayed but missing items.. And the items i did get were stale/cold

The last time I was here was maybe a year ago, I now remember why I hadn’t gone back until now. There’s barely any steak in my Crunchwrap supreme that I paid more to add/substitute, maybe 4 tiny pieces. The LARGE Mountain Dew Baja Midnight Freeze came in a cup that was smaller than a medium drink. The guacamole was only enough to fill .25 of the cup. And I placed my order on the app, took 5 minutes to get ready and another 10 minutes to drive there and I STILL Had to wait like 5 minutes with no one in front of me at the drive thru. Plus I didn’t get any of the packets of sauce that I had requested.

Just once would I like to stop and not waste 30 mins waiting in a drive thru line for a burrito. I could have went next door and sat down at a Mexican restaurant if I wanted slow food.

Ordered inside because the drive thru line was long, but ended up waiting about 20 minutes and when I finally got my food and left the exact same cars were in the same spots in line in the drive thru as when I got there 😂 kinda comical actually

It wasn't the missing food that got it dinged. It wasn't the phone calls going straight to an answering machine that got it dinged. Nor was it never getting called back after leaving a message on that machine. It was the food poisoning that has had me in the bathroom for two days.
Taco bell has a very similar burrito bowl as compared to Chipotle. It is a fraction of the price and you can customize it. I know it is smaller than Chipotle but I am actually ok with the portion. It's enough for me, a grown adult woman & (very personal note), I am trying to lose these last 10 pounds so im actually really good with a smaller portion . Again tastes great & extremely affordable compared to competitors like Chipotle

Sigh. So I understand that things can be rough when there's a rush. But it really sucks after having worked all day in the sun. Couldn't really even afford to be eating it, but none of us had the energy to cook so decided to get taco bell. We'll I ordered a large brisk dragons paradise, and 3 durito locos tacos with no lettuce and tomatoes and add sour cream. The drink is supposed to be dark purple and was light purple at best. Pictures for reference. But very clearly out of the soda syrup.. Like visually obvious. And my tacos had barely any meat, that was also kinda cold, and like seemingly extra tomatoes and lettuce and no sour cream. It sucks. After being in the super hot direct sunlight all day, exhausted and could barely afford it. It's a real bummer. They heard my order cause the screen read as much.

Not that this review will make a difference or management from this dump will even read this so I'm probably just wasting my time. I ordered from here (mobile order) as I was passing thru, and knew I should've just cancelled the order after waiting almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. When people order a side of sour cream or get nachos and cheese, make sure there's more cheese and sour cream in the cup than just enough to cover the bottom! Especially when they're a dollar a piece for sides. I know reading is hard for some people but when it shows I asked for sauce packets, next time put them in the bag. Google needs to allow for 0 stars on these reviews. Absolutely ridiculous! Avoid this place unless you want to waste your time and money.
