Tim Hortons offers genuine and kind service, even when understaffed, as witnessed on 9/15/23. Despite a small mistake in a previous order, the customer service was excellent, with the corrected order arriving promptly. While the donuts were okay, the ham and cheese sandwich was lacking, with only one slice of ham and no chips, leading to a less than satisfying experience.
