I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I asked them to please apply a realistic amount of cream cheese. I asked this because they often don’t put enough on the bagel to cover both sides. They asked if I wanted it pay for double cream cheese. I said no just put the appropriate amount on the bagel. I got a bagel with a thin layer of cream cheese that barely covered the surface of the bagel

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Order a peppermint iced coffee, tasted like black coffee. Bagel with strawberry cream cheese, hardly any cream cheese AT ALL. I politely asked for some more and they threw a fit questioning why yelling at me saying to let me see the bagel I showed that BOTH side are almost empty told me too bad so I went to leave and they’re continuously yelling as we walked out the door. I asked for a large hot black coffee with 1-4 room for cream and they gave me One cream. I had to ask multiple time for more cream for them to look at me like I was stupid.

The coffee and food is delicious when you need a quick pick me up! My favorite drink is a nice hot apple cider on a cool fall day, and the grilled cheeses always hit the spot!

Terrible customer service. Store manager couldn't acknowledge their computers weren't working right so she wouldn't allow me to use the coupons on the app or credit card?
Mentioned to staff and she stood there like a deer in the headlights justifying her idiocy.
15.00 for a bagel and a coffee. To maintain sanity I had to leave. Our nation is doomed.

"Iced" cappuccino served completely unfrozen! Just liquid. Tasted right but not frozen. And there was no one else around the restaurant so I doubt they sold too fast to freeze -it was mid day. What is rattling around in your head that makes you think yeah I'll just serve that. Want to justify $6 beverages and $15/ hour wages but this is what we get? Oh! And it was supposed to be half price but they charge full price!
