No one could decide if they carried oat milk.Finally they said they do I placed my order with two drinks made with oatmilk. I wish they would have used it before I ended up with dairy and lost what little I was able to before I became extremely sick to my stomach since I am allergic to dairy. One of the other drinks that was ordered was ordered with extra whipped cream the cup was not even filled close to the top ordered extra whip glad I ordered it because otherwise we could have never had any. It was such a large amount (about the size of a quarter). The person making the food was busy texting and then going back to preparing food without changing gloves....At least the one drink was partially right not that anyone wanted to drink anything after watching me get sick. we will never ever go back to this Tim Hortons again. Employees need to know that some people are highly allergic to dairy and that is why they ask for an alternative.! Thanks for a milk induced sick day!🤢🤮

My daughter was excited to get an ice coffee. She is from out of town so she enjoys going to Tim Hortons when she visits. I ordered an iced chai. It was horrible, had a disgusting aftertaste, almost tasted like cherry cough syrup. I let my daughter taste it and she agreed that it was awful. I should have returned it but I didn't want to be that person.

I've never had fresh Timbits from this location before. Then today, online says its open (which it should be at 10:53am on a Sunday), but you can't go inside and the line is 12 cars back for the drive thru. I love Tim Hortons.. but this one is not good.

I have had issues at this location before with messed up orders… but I went the long route and emailed customer service and got little response, just confirmation that I was heard.
I’m not trying to be all Karen so I’ll just note that if you do go to this location, the order may be wrong, happens a bit. When it does happen, the workers act like it’s wild to be called out for it. Just a bit awkward.
I am only giving 2 stars because the food that is right tastes good.

Charged me extra to put coffee in my ice cap. When I asked about the upcharge, I was told the price of an ice cap didn't include coffee. Rather than arguing, I paid way too much for the drink and won't be back.

Was outta bread and a few other thingsi know one thing any place that charges 8 bucks for the smallest little cup of brocolli soup iv ever seen is a thief.16 bucks for 5 bites of soup.i dont even go there no more .i said i would never go back.and i havent .8 bucks for 5 bites .rediculous...
