Charged me extra to put coffee in my ice cap. When I asked about the upcharge, I was told the price of an ice cap didn't include coffee. Rather than arguing, I paid way too much for the drink and won't be back.

I only use the drive-through. And I get the same basic coffee and occasional doughnut whenever I’m here. The workers are nice. The line moves quickly.

I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee. Drank it, then it was extremely water down and tasted old, ordered an Oreo drink and it was also extremely water down.

Was outta bread and a few other thingsi know one thing any place that charges 8 bucks for the smallest little cup of brocolli soup iv ever seen is a thief.16 bucks for 5 bites of soup.i dont even go there no more .i said i would never go back.and i havent .8 bucks for 5 bites .rediculous...
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I asked them to please apply a realistic amount of cream cheese. I asked this because they often don’t put enough on the bagel to cover both sides. They asked if I wanted it pay for double cream cheese. I said no just put the appropriate amount on the bagel. I got a bagel with a thin layer of cream cheese that barely covered the surface of the bagel

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Order a peppermint iced coffee, tasted like black coffee. Bagel with strawberry cream cheese, hardly any cream cheese AT ALL. I politely asked for some more and they threw a fit questioning why yelling at me saying to let me see the bagel I showed that BOTH side are almost empty told me too bad so I went to leave and they’re continuously yelling as we walked out the door. I asked for a large hot black coffee with 1-4 room for cream and they gave me One cream. I had to ask multiple time for more cream for them to look at me like I was stupid.
