I had the Broccoli Soya Chicken. The dish was exceptionally bland and VERY disappointing. I added soy sauce when I got home to try and help it. It helped a little.

If you order this, request that they add more sauce to whatever the chicken was coated with. As someone who makes stirfry on a Blackstone griddle, I expected a lot more from a restaurant this highly rated on Google reviews. I would give the place another try, but I think the kitchen can do a lot better on this dish.

The presentation was lovely. Very colorful, but lacked flavor.

I had placed a pick-up order today @ 3:05pm and sadly had a terrible experience (I never write reviews). We go to the counter to pick up our food there was a problem with payment. They took our card and kept running it through the system. They seemed worried about the system being down but had zero communication on us and our card. All we hear is the card being ran noise for 10 mins probably heard it being ran at least 40 times… this is all while our food is getting cold. It finally ran after 15 mins. We get thrown our card back and told to scribble then we are good to go. No apologize. Did not offer to remake our food so it would be hot. Zero communication. Really disappointed since we had great experience last time when we brought our family in.

Their food is always so delicious! Service wasn't the greatest but it looked like they were short of help. They did try to accommodate the best the could with the staff available. But this will be the best Asian bistro yet. I've tried many and none compare.

Drove all the way from Prospect to Delaware today to pick up my favorite pineapple and chicken fried rice. I have ordered it many times from here with no issues and today I asked specifically for that dish and drive all the way back home to realize that it had no pineapple in it. When I called back the lady told me on the phone to make sure that I asked for the chicken and pineapple specifically fried rice which is exactly what I did. I asked if there was another way I should have ordered it and she said no but wasn't willing to offer a remake or a refund or anything just told me sorry and sat there silently on the phone. What horrible customer service!!! I drove over 22 minutes and had to fight parking downtown on a Saturday to come to your establishment only to be treated as if I was the problem. I spent $20 and only get to eat my $7 pot tickets which were soggy this time and not crispy on the outside at all. Possibly because they had my food sitting out on the counter with no heating source until I arrived? Not sure. But I guess it's not worth the trip unless your eating in the restaurant and can call attention to their errors immediately. You would think you would get the same service regardless. The guy on the phone should have asked whatever question he needed to ask to make sure he got my order right but when I only said I want chicken and pineapple fried rice and potstickers I don't know how that's confusing. Whoever the lady was that answered the phone after wards really shouldn't deal with customers if they aren't willing to offer a solution. I paid $13 for a dish that didn't contain what I paid for!! That's a rip off in my book.

Had to wait a little for a table (10 minutes ), but food was worth it. Got noodles, sesame chicken and a sushi platter to share. Edame for appetizer. Could not eat it all. We were traveling, chose something we could not get at home. Did not dissapoint.

not recently during lunch. stopped in today at 1130. dining room was mostly empty. only 2 wait staff. got our food after a little over 30 minutes. I'm ok with that. however the entree was luke warm like it had been sitting for awhile.

Stopped it this afternoon for the first time. I’ve heard great things about this place. Greeted promptly and sat. Drink order arrived quickly. Appetizer arrived quickly. And order arrived quickly. However both my date and I noticed the fish in the sushi rolls we ordered was not up to standard. I’ve never had a salmon roll like the one I had today, tasted and looked like tuna purée. The fish was mushy, but we gave the benefit of doubt and consumed. Dessert was good, mochi ice cream. I also noticed on my receipt if you forget to give a tip or leave it blank they will charge you 18% gratituty, I left a tip, but that doesn’t seem right.

I’m gonna give them another go in the future but won’t be getting the sushi.
