This place didn't get are orders right and wouldn't listen.We asked to get a to go and they started putting it on trays. They also forgot to give us all he cups we asked for (we asked for 4) they gave us 2 it also smelled like poop.

Would give zero stars if I could.Uses AI at the drive thru. Tore down a classic building and replaced with what looks like small prison. Manager is insufferable. Victors Taco across the street much friendlier, faster and way better food.

The customer service was amazing. Kevin helped usâŠhe was obviously doing business work when we walked in and eating his lunch. He jumper up and took our order when the other workers were busy. He must have been the GM and just there for a short time but the way he took care of us spoke volumes on how he was making sure the customer service was top notch at this store.

A guy by the name of Kevin got up from his meal to take my order. And then got stuck with several more. His meal was at a table getting cold but he didn't care. He saw me as a customer instead of a problem. Wendy's would do well to infect their staff across the country with the same mindset.
They need to learn how to fry Bacon it shuld not look like this.i dont know whats wrong with these places there bacon looks like this at all Wendys got the same at the marion wendys the other day. I feel like calline the health department on them People can get sick on eating Partly cooked Bacon come tomorrow monday June 16th i will call THE DELAWARE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND REPORT THIS ON GOING PROBLEM SINCE WENDYS DONEST CARE OR DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEY WAY THEY COOK BACON
