we unfortunately received the wrong order. we went back to fix it, the doors were locked which was expected as it was late. but we go over to the window where they take orders for doordash and others, we’re just standing there waiting and one of the young male employees stares us down and gives us a mean look and shrugs his arms at us. i shrugged back at him, he opens the window, i explain we have a problem, and he decided to respond in an impolite and disrespectful way. overall not very pleased with this certain young man

Went through the drive thru and had to laugh at the AI taking the order. It got it right, but unfortunately the people making the food aren’t capable of reading and being as accurate. Doesn’t surprise me any, but definitely check your order because they will screw up everything from drinks to food. Management looked like they needed a bath and had an attitude. Definitely not coming back!

Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian thing on the menu is the French fries, and they are cooked in the same oil as the nuggets.

Garbage A.I drive thru nonsense, constantly interrupted while tired and ordering breakfast. Only later realized you can say crew member to opt out but it shouldn't be there in the first place, just a awful implementation to try and save a company money by inconveniencing, frustrating and wasting the customers time plus losing future sales as I won't come back.

This robot ordering machine at the drive through is awful. I already have to deal with this stuff enough when I call the doctors or the bank. So i can say crewmember to make it go away, so why have it? Its just an extra step of annoyance to deal with. I cant imagine many people putting up with it and not just immediately asking for a crewmember. Its the most obnoxious thing ever that wont shut up long enough for you to think about an order. The food was good, which saves this from being a 1 star.
With the new remodel, there is almost no place to sit. If you have anymore than 2 people in your party, look elsewhere for restaurant seating. This is basically an exclusive drive-thru Wendy’s now.
Maybe sitting on top of people is your thing? If that’s the case, Welcome to Wendy’s!

The white looking stuff is bacon fat!! It came off my mushroom bacon burger which was pink! Had I paid attention to my burger I wouldn't have eaten almost every bite. But I was riding in the car and it's dark out. I got in the house and looked down and ugh, pink. The bacon I pulled off bc it was like chewing on rubber. So gross. This store was awsome prior to the changes. I will find another store because I won't be back to this one. So disappointing
