I GET THERE AT 10:05 AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED. I WALK TO THE SPEAKER IN THE DRIVE THRU AND NO ONE ANSWERED. I WALKED TO THE PAY WINDOW AND THEY WERE EATING FOOD IN THE SIDE ROOM. A BIG 300 LB MAN CAME TO THE WINDOW. I ASKED TO ORDER FOOD SINCE THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL MIDNIGHT. HE REDUSED TO SERVE ME SINCE I WAS NOT IN A CAR. THIS IS BS. I HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. JUST BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE LAZY. THEY SHOULD AT LEAST DO THEIR JOB. VERY POOR SERVICE!

The person who took my order inside was the rudest woman I have ever met on the receipt it says her name is Sarah. Sarah was very snappy to my whole family and even made my daughter cry. I also saw her being rude to the old man infront of us. Her attitude and rudeness ruined my day. I do not know entirely if this was Sarah or not

The people who were taking my order in drive through yesterday night at 9:30 were rude and did not properly provide what we ordered, we ordered two 10 piece nuggets one spicy and one normal. The spicy nuggets had 4 normal nuggets. And when we ordered water with no ice specifically they put ice and when we asked politely to change it the lady just closed and passed with a rude face and someone else got us the water. Was first time seeing such attitude even after we being polite.

Stopped going to the Wendy’s in town because the AI ordering system is just abysmal. Started going to this location instead only to receive poor service and food. Normally, only going for breakfast my only friendly interaction majority of the time is at the ordering speaker. Beyond that, I’m usually greeted at the pickup window with an unfriendly employee and 90% of the time, rather than my drinks be handed to me they are practically shoved into my face or hands and my food is handed the exact same. I understand the importance of getting people through the drive through but not to be treated as an inconvenience when I’m the only one in the line. I’ve also have had the window slammed in my face while getting ready to ask a question more times than once. As of recent (not as of writing this), when wanting to order food, I’ve been told to wait for 3-5 minutes only for an employee to come out and swap the signs over to lunch. I want breakfast at 10:30 in the morning. Not a greasy burger.
Aside from that. Food is usually cold/cool and sub-par. Always missing something that I then have to go back inside and ask for.
I’d start avoiding this location. Lunch/dinner isn’t a much different experience either.

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. They like to slam the window in your face in the morning when you try to ask for sauce.
Two different times I order a Baconator. Just the sandwich, not the meal. And two different times, I am served with a son of Baconator. I am so upset, because at the first window I specifically asked if it is a Baconator, not a son of Baconator. But what do it get? A son of Baconator. This Wendy’s sucks

Very rude, basically just threw food out the window, I said thank you twice and dude just walked away. I was sitting there and I was like wait a minute they didn't even give me my card back, so a lady opens the window and asked if I needed anything else I said yes my card. The a lady from another area out of my sight line come back with my card after a few minutes. Deff sketchy, got those vibes that they were trying to steal my card info, so yay that's fun. Not sure why they took my card somewhere else and then "forgot" to hand it back to me. Anyways I'm driving down 23 and go to take a drink and my pop spilled all over me because they didn't put the lid on all the way?
