Stopped here for a warm dinner after some christmas shopping with my brother and we were both dissatisfied with the overall quality of the food. The takoyaki and bao buns were extremely dissapointing.

The waitress hardly greeted me, seemed super irritated I asked for water, didn’t come back to my table to ask if I wanted a appetizer or anything- but continued serving all the tables around me that came in after me. Super confused!

Great place. Amazing atmosphere and service. Kind server who was serving the entire place while being the only upfront so all things considered she was amazing.

I had the Miso Ramen which was the best Ramen I've ever had. We also had takoyaki which was amazing!

I have been coming here off and on for the past 3 or so years and it's always great. Some of the best and most authentic tasting ramen there is. Can't think of a bad experience I've had here. The prices are fair too

I was excited to try this place! The only server had to wipe down a table before she could seat us and another table was still full of dishes with 3 other tables still occupied by guests. She was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The water cup I received was speckled in what appeared to be overspray from black spray paint (only on the outside of the cup and I could scrape it off with my fingernails). The food tasted okay, but not authentic and even though I asked for the spice on the side of my seafood ramen, it was so spicy my eyes watered with every bite. The biggest trouble was about 30 minutes after eating, my legs, hands and feet started to swell to a very uncomfortable level. The next morning I almost called off work and my husband actually did call off work because his head felt like it was in a vice and he was extremely sensitive to light (he hasn't felt that way since soon after his concussion in spring if 2024!). My husband doesn't have paid leave at work, so that was an entire day's wages lost just because we were hoping to get good authentic Ramen made with care. My legs are still swollen 36 hours afterward and his headache lasted until we went to bed last night. Drinking a ton of extra water to flush out whatever inflaming ingredient didn't help. Ibuprofen didn't help. The lesson I've learned is to make sure that the people cooking my food know how to cook it properly, don't cut corners and use cheap imitation ingredients, and actually speak enough English to understand what customers are asking for. It's definitely strange to have an all Guatemalan kitchen staff who don't speak any English trying to make Japanese food. We cannot go back simply for health reasons after that experience.

I think this is one of my new favorite restaurants, just based off my first experience. I got the Jigoku ramen at level two spice yesterday, we also tried the Takayaki and both were so good, the ramen was spicy, flavorful, and the chicken was also amazing. The servers were very attentive, and took great care of us. And I have to mention the overall atmosphere as well, it was so cool, from the decor to the ambient lighting, it was all very fitting for the restaurant. All around an awesome experience, I will definitely be back soon, and highly recommend!!

Miracle Reason

Stumbled across this place while in town and decided to stop for lunch.

Gyoza 3.5/5- good flavor. It was interesting because normally dumplings are soft from being steamed with a crispy bottom, but this one had a crispy exterior and bottom so the bite was crunchier, different not bad though.

Miso soup w/spicy oil 3/5 great bang for your buck. A decent ramen, nothing super spectacular.

Good service, especially for someone who is working the floor solo including the bar. Seems to have a good bar selection even though I didn't have any drinks. Honorable mentions were the candies they give you to go, soooo delicious. I expected a mint but it was a sweet/tart little Delight that satisfied my sweet tooth.
