I had the 12oz chopped steak dinner and it was delicious. It wasn't some frozen preformed burger patty. It was obviously a handful of fresh hamburger seasoned and cooked on the flattop grill. It was so tender and juicy I could cut it with my fork. It was covered in beef gravy and grilled onions served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was quite the plate of food. Flavor was on point. Broccoli was tender but not mushy. Mashed potatoes were creamy with just a few lumps...

I've been coming here since I was a kid, now I get to bring my kids I love it. The employees make it welcoming because the same people have worked here for years. It's usually not busy when I go during the week even at dinner time, Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest days!

Very cool atmosphere. They have original wood floors that creek when u walk across them. Large seating rooms for dining. The food was pretty good, I just feel I ordered the wrong things. We don't like wet battered fried foods but instead breaded and theirs is wet battered. We ordered the breaded mushrooms for appetizers and I ordered fish and onion rings for dinner because I seen other's plates and the onion rings looked good. Everything was just a little too greasy...
