This restaurant is a perfect spot with amazing food and insane portion sizes for the price. The menu has many choices, including a free prime rib dinner, a reuben dinner, breaded mushrooms with phenomenal homemade ranch dressing, and a Chicken Mozzarella Sandwich with amazing Bacon Jam. The onion rings are also highly recommended. The food is very good, hot, and good as usual.
The service is very friendly and professional. The waitresses and cooks do a great job, even with large groups like a senior citizen bike group of 11 people. One waitress, Carla Reber, was very polite and helpful, finding different chairs for a couple having trouble. Another waiter, a young kid, was both professional and fun. The waitress even made a proposal that exceeded expectations. The patio is wonderful in nice weather. The restaurant has the charm of an old building with brick walls, and the Coke supply works fine. People come here for over 20 years and return every few months.
