Gionino's Pizzeria of Dover/New Philadelphia

If you’re looking for a place to get pizza in the Dover/New Philly area, this is the place to get. Great pizza!! Had a great experience from ordering the food to receiving it. The staff were super friendly and the pizza arrived hot and was delicious. Highly recommend and will be ordering again!

Good food. Expensive for what you get. Non user friendly online ordering. Can’t add coupon codes. Won’t let you use gift cards.

We get pizza all the time. Today the delivery was 1/2 hour late. Pizza was only warm and not fully cooked.Jojo's were cold and soggy.
No call or text saying it was running late.. Very disappointed. It will be awhile before I order again.
What a waste of money.

The pizza was hot and delicious and delivered within the hour. There was a mix up with the salad I ordered and they called me to clarify (without me having to call them) and re-delivered the correct item. We will definitely order from them again when we are in the area.

Way too pricey, wings and two pizzas paid over 100.00. Not the best wings or pizza I've had. Won't be back .

I felt like I was putting them out when I called about missing garlic sauces for pizza. I paid extra and when mentioning they were missing they offered credit. That would be fine if I didn't want them tonight for my grandson. The girl on the phone wasn't friendly and I was on and off hold ( several
times) for her to ask someone what to do . Pizza was not very good and but a bit on the cold side definitely not hot.

1st time trying Gionino's...it was delicious 😋 The gentlemen at the check out (We ordered pick up) stated it was the best in town and I will have to strongly agree 💯

Will not return to this pizza place! Never seen chicken like this and have ordered there chicken ALOT!! Was told it is the seasoning and instead of replacing I'm out 20 some dollars!! Just overall bad experience and a waste of money!!

I’m actually so mad I order my pizza thinking I’d take 45 minutes because that’s what they had informed me, but it ended up taking double that😂and when I finally got my food it was all stale and cold,I used to like this place but now the service has gotten so bad,the worst part of this is they didn’t even offer it to being free or even giving a coupon,

I ordered $40.00 worth of food for delivery at 5:20 p.m. The employee taking my order said it would be 35-45 minute. It has now been 1 1/2 hours.
When I called the employee said it was out for delivery but didn’t know when it would arrive.🤨

Never tried Gionino's before. Needed a quick bite, was next door, and ordered a Caprese. It was excellent. Crust is thin and crispy, great texture and the toppings are fresh tasting and abundant. As Arnold would say... "I'll be bock"! The man behind the counter, and probably the cook as well, was professional and friendly, and for a carry out pizza place, the building is attractive and well maintained with modern finishes.

Very nice.

.... had to edit: I ate the WHOLE thing in the parking lot, and just might have a new favorite pizza.

The girl on the phone is rude, refuses to let people know about specials even when asked why we paid so much and could of got another pizza for like 7 more dollars she said we don't just tell people the specials. Well it should be offered it's a special and keeps people coming back. Pizza is way to salty very disappointed and this was our first thin crust. And our last order ever going to be made. we just threw 50 dollars away on food we can't eat.
