The reason I want to eat here is for the mashed potatoes and gravy. Ordered at the drive-thru. We get everything under the sun as far as condiments go (and that we didn't need). No mashed potatoes. It's not rocket science, people. Learn how to fill an order. Won't stop here again.
I have never seen such horrible customer service. Sam....wow she was extremely rude. Someone that definitely doesn't need to be in customer service. Never giving this KFC my business again.

We got the smash bowl. It was decent price but probably cheapest on menu. Prices are way to high. The location of this one has terrible traffic. Was going to get something else with the smash bowl. Seen it advertised so we wanted to try it. Ended up just getting that. Food taste good. But not worth the price.
