This Dover location is the best Starbucks I have ever ordered from. The manager (Cam) and all of the employees are always so friendly. When the line is long, they keep it moving quickly, but still take the time to smile, ask how I’m doing & tell me to have a good day. It’s the friendliest location I’ve visited, which helps make the day better. I’m giving three stars for the good service, but the coffee was at best one and 1/2 stars. Ordered three brown sugar, shaken and one iced mocha latte.
All three brown sugar shaken were extremely bitter, barely drinkable. And this is from someone who is not a coffee snob. I wanted to treat my sister who had a new baby, but she wasn’t able to drink her drink because it was so bitter, even with added sweetener and cream.

Starbucks offers a unique experience with an exterior window for ordering. Despite the lack of a lobby, the service is fast and friendly, with delicious drinks like the spinach and feta wrap. The double-smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich is cooked perfectly.
