“The store itself is fine but had a bad experience with their pharmacy. I had a prescription that my usual pharmacy (CVS) didn't have and this Sams was the first place i could find that had it. I dropped off the hand-written prescription and when I went back to check after not hearing anything for days they said they were still waiting to hear back from my insurance as to if it been approved or not. I waited a while longer, still nothing and then I finally got a paper directly from my insurance saying the medication was approved. I took it in to show to them and they wouldn't even look at it, said that they had to contact them directly. So at that point I was done and I asked to have my prescription back so I could take it somewhere else and they refused to give it back, said that another pharmacy would have to call them to transfer it. Thankfully I found a Meijer that had it in stock and by the time it was transferred to them they had it ready in a matter of days. I firmly believe that they were just being lazy about it and didn't care to have my business. The first and last time I will ever use this pharmacy.“

“Food and service were both good. I ordered the “Take 2” - Mediterranean sandwich + autumn soup. The food was ready fast, and tasted warm and fresh. The staff were kind and fast. I’m giving 3 stars for atmosphere because the tables and floors were dirty. There were crumbs, used straws, and salt packets on the floor, and the tables had crumbs all over them and their seats. I was there when they weren’t busy, so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t have someone cleaning the dining area since it was a quiet time for them. Overall, not a bad place.“
