They forgot stuff in my order and my kids were so upset and as a former employee of McDonald’s I expect a higher bar because I know how it works. I believe they were short staffed but with being short staffed good customer service and communication goes a long way.
When i got there ( I am from AZ) I never thought I was going to make my apt on time because there were so many people in the driver thru. But I was not in line for no more than. I kid you not 3 min. The line was to the road but they got us all out before my song on the radio ended lmao. Good job is all I can say 👏👏👏
Ordered with mobile app. I ordered 10pc chicken nugget and large mocha frappe. My ode was correct but I didn’t get any napkins or a straw. Normally I wouldn’t care except this time there were more associates than customers and straws very helpful as are the napkins.
