I've been frustrated because this has happened more than once. The internet and your posted sign states your closing time is 9:30. I have come at 9:10 and 9:15 (only to grab ham and cheese...not even a sandwich...trying to be considerate of closing time) and the doors are locked with the employees still in the building at the counter.
