“I just had an amazing meal at Er Ge BBQ Hotpot Buffet! I love that the price includes everything, hotpot, BBQ grill, skewers, appetizers, and soft drinks. So many fresh options, lots of meats, seafood, veggies, and sauces to mix your own flavor. It’s super fun to cook at the table with friends, and you definitely won’t leave hungry. Highly recommend if you love hotpot and Korean-style BBQ in one place!“

“We received wonderful service. Prompt, accurate and friendly just to describe a few important details about our visit. We sat in the bar area so the bartender was multitasking and didn't miss a beat. Our food was delicious, the free bread was a great added touch and our drinks were never empty. “I’ve been excitedly waiting for this location to open since I work right down the road. Stopped by for lunch today and ordered my usual- half slab of ribs, fries and green beans. Plus a couple bottles of my favorite sauce of all time, Sweet City. Delicious as always. The ribs seemed even meatier than I’m used to at the other locations I frequent. Lemonade was great too.“

“I went to the Marion location. First time stopping in. I got the Brisket platter and two rib platters. I got them to go. The Brisket had great flavor, it was a little drier than I like my brisket but the flavor was there. The ribs were on point, tender juicy full of flavor. The sides I got were baked beans and Mac and cheese. The baked beans were great smoky flavor and a little bit of sweetness to them. The Mac and cheese perfect with how cheesy it was. Over all great food and friendly staff and you get your moneys worth of food. Keep up the good work“

“I am visiting from Boston and just happen to spontaneously tour the Ohio Statehouse. Here, I lunched at HouseTaco which locates inside the Statehouse itself. The food is quick and fresh. Chef Zach prepared the tacos on-site with passion. They were delicious! What a hidden gem!!!“

“I have been in the Columbus area for about 16 years and had not been to a decent BBQ place here. I saw a fb post about Hank's so my wife & I tried it out! And... it was AMAZING!!! She had the Hank's Way brisket sandwich with fries. Now, let me first say, she is not into BBQ like I am but, she LOVED the sandwich!!! The white bbq sauce was her favorite! 20 out of 10 stars she said!!
Now I got the 2 meat plate (I got brisket & pulled chicken) with green beans & coleslaw. One of my favorite things in the world was when my Grandmaw Lucille made her coleslaw. It was perfection every time! I had never had another coleslaw that was banging like hers. But now I have! The coleslaw was absolutely delicious!! LOVED IT!!! The green beans were good but they had an Asian flare to me that didn't go well with the meats. I did bring them home and had them for lunch the next day and they were good but not my favorite.
Now, the pulled chicken... Some pieces were great, some pieces just tasted like how lighter fluid smells. So I think at our next visit I will steer clear of that. Now, the brisket, AMAZING!! Best piece of meat I have EVER HAD!!! DELICIOUS!!! I also enjoyed the hank's BBQ sauce & the spicy one!
(Side not; the sodas were a little high priced to me & they did not taste very good. Like they had too much carbonation & not enough syrup. We both ended up with waters.)
I know that this review probably seems off balance with me giving 5 stars but having things that I didn't like. That is because for me, everything that I didn't care for was redeemed by the coleslaw, brisket & the staff was fantastic! We will definitely be going back & I will get new sides to try!“

“First time my wife and have been able to eat here due to road closures. I will have to say that the experience was amazing. The food was top notch. We walked in and was seated immediately our waitress was busy so it took a few minutes to order drinks and appetizer however that was the only wait there was. Our appetizer came out before we realized it and was delicious. When our food arrived it looked amazing and was piping hot. The waitress was on point the entire time. Will definitely be back to eat again!!!“
