Bubbles the Tea and Juice Co.

I come from a whole other city just to buy my juices from Bubbles. My family and I love their products and we especially love the Friendly service from Ary her customer service is EXCELLENT!

This was my first experience and Ary made the experience awesome! She helped us understand options and created the best gingerbread milk tea! Appreciate her! Great experience. 10/10. I will be back!

I used to like this place but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone WAY down. I had stopped ordering here due to those facts, but this Saturday I decided to treat myself but all I can say is that I am so disappointed.
For a standard large tea with popping bubbles I paid $8.64. The tea was weak, and the popping bubbles were past their prime. I cannot say if they were actually past their best buy date, but they were deflated and chewier than a popping bubble should be.
I know I can make it better at home, for cheaper, but sometimes you want the treat of not doing it yourself. My advice: treat yourself elsewhere.

Great customer service and deliciously fresh tea! Ended up with some flavorful peach tea and the honeydew tea.

Super cute bubble tea and smoothie bar at north market! I’ve been here twice and it was amazing both times, the smoothies and bubble teas are all scrumptious!

They made my drink with an extra boba I did not want. So I went back and asked if I could possibly get it remade. Not only did she remake it, she made it a size larger than I ordered. Very nice and above and beyond.

6/29/24 7:30 PM: My 9 yr old wanted to treat us and so we went to a place of his choice which was bubble tea. We ordered 3 regular and 1 large bubble tea. As soon as the order was taken, she went inside and there was no mention of it being a tea without boba. Even the kids can corroborate my statement. The tea came with no boba. When I asked for boba, the associate who took the order said she can do nothing about it. I also told her this is a bubble tea shop and how can the tea have no boba? for which there was no answer. I left the teas at their desk and told them they take care of it. I then walked towards the order taking counter and raised a complaint, at which point, the associate, who took our order, came and said she asked if I needed boba and said I didn’t acknowledge it. There was another associate who said she heard the one, who took our order, ask about boba too. Then I asked if I said no for boba for which silence was the only answer. They closed the shop and went home without providing a refund or adding boba. The teas I left at the desk were thrown into trash as well.

It not only cost me money but also ruined my son’s treat to us for his becoming camper of the week.

I left a voice mail to the manager (Ashley F), with the compliant. Let’s see if they do anything. Attached my order in the photo.

7/9/2024 : UPDATE : I initiated a dispute for the charge, after it appeared in my card, through my bank and got the money refunded today.

The contact us form provided is asking for income details , which I thought was irrelevant. Also, I got the money refunded. So, I don’t see a need to fill the form.

They do use powdered tea and milk. only slightly noticeable difference but my main issue is the amount of dye in the Thai tea. nonetheless the flavor is good and staff are always friendly!

I ordered a chocolate milk tea and a passionfruit flavored tea, both with boba. Both drinks were strangely warm(?) at the start. I had the chocolate milk tea, and there was a brief chocolate flavor, but it started to go away after a few sips. We mixed the drinks a little bit and the chocolate flavor was completely lost afterwards, only being a bitter tea taste. Ended up throwing away my drink; Ended up leaving with a “im not mad, just disappointed” mentality. The passionfruit drink was ok after a mix. Bubbles locations like this one are hit or miss sometimes. The place seemed very understaffed as well, it looked like there was only 1 person doing everything. This probably wont stop me from coming back to this location once in a while, but i feel like my money just went in the dumps from this particular experience.

I may be no tea enthusiast since I usually get the same thing here all the time, but every time I get tea here I always love what I get! Service is great, food is good, and definitely will be back again!

Always an amazing experience when I come in! Ashley, Levi, Liv, too many names to list. But everyone is super sweet and caring, drinks are great too! And they remember my order every time I come. Making it a quick and easy experience overall! Definitely come by and say hi to them!!
