We went to bdubs for their BOGO boneless wings last night. When we got there, the place was packed. The hostesses told us there was a 25-30 min wait for food. We decided to stay and wait out watching sports and having a few beers. It did take over 5 minutes (maybe close to 10) for the server to come to our table but it was understandable. The server was awesome and super friendly. We ordered our drinks and all of our food immediately because we'd knew there would be a wait. Our apps came out really fast and super fresh and we got our drinks pretty quickly. The cheese curds are our fav app and they were perfect like usual. The wings followed shortly after. The server was attentive even with the amount of people. Towards the end I wanted to use some of my blazin rewards but they were not working properly. The manager was SO kind in trying to figure out the issue and ultimately comped our app without the rewards. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and positive and I was impressed by the staffs performance! It is our fav location! OH and 4 stars for atmosphere only because it's always FREEZING in there.

Buffalo Wild Wings has long been a favorite of my wife and I's, until last Friday night that is. We typically take out and will most likely do the same in the future, as our experience dining in was less than acceptable.Our food hit the spot as always, but we were left dissatisfied with our service. After waiting 25 minutes for a beer order, I simply asked my waitress to check on my beer. She said the bar was busy busier than normal serving a large party, understandable, but they still had not served my beer in a timely manner.After returning from the bar empty handed, I simply asked her to remove the item from my bill and cancel the drink at this point. She made a large scene about the ordeal, making us feel quite uncomfortable. They had not poured the beer yet, so perhaps she forgot to put in the order to begin with and was embarrassed that she had to go back up to the bar asking about it? Nonetheless, my wife and I felt her hostility, as she was curt the rest of the evening.I've seen other reviews, where the restaurant has asked people to leave feedback under the "Orders and Visits" section of the site. Please accept this as my feedback instead.

Worst Bdubs in Columbus. I ordered 6 wings and they managed to only get sauce on 2 of the wings. Also how many cigarette breaks does your bartender need in 30 minutes? The answer is 2. More worried about smoke breaks than people at the bar. Gross experience.

Love this location. Until this evening. We came in to enjoy a peaceful time of eating and having a couple beverages away from the brewery we run. We encountered such an awkward, uncomfortable atmosphere brought on by a male manager.(I think manager by the name of Gabe?) He was literally yelling at the bartender and belittling her because "she stepped outside" this poor girl, we watched for an hour, by herself, run an entire bar and every table in the bar area on a Thursday (BOGO night) solo. The interaction was so inappropriate, unprofessional, and awkward, and I am sure embarrassing for the bartender. There were bar patrons that cashed out and left. I will say the bounce back from the bartender to the rest of the patrons at the bartop was pretty phenomenal. As someone who runs bars for over 15 years, I was embarrassed for both parties involved. Do Better BDUBS Manager On A Power Trip. WOW

Sophia was such an amazing bartender !!! She was so personable, and really helped me out after a long day hard at work!The manager Gabe however; seemed sexist and was yelling at her and other employees in front of the customers disrupting the dine in experience. He is the reason I have the atmosphere at 3 stars. I manage a team of 21 people myself, I would never act that way towards my staff no matter the opportunity. Take notes Gabe.Parking: Convenient and close

It's hit or miss with this place. Sometimes it is fantastic.Other times they mess the food up and then bring you the bill before even bringing you the correct food.....or they wait until you're literally leaving because everyone else is already done eating.Let's be honest I'm gonna go back. It's BDubs and everyone has a bad night sometimes. This location is worth it though! The staff are very friendly!
The service was slow, but it was super busy. The wings were kind of overcooked. I do NOT recommend the jalapeño wing sauce. It tasted very metallic.

I pre ordered some wings for NYE and made it for a set time so they would be Hot and fresh. I decided to go over a little early so I could grab them right when they were ready. I was very disappointed to find when I arrived first, no one at the counter and a person at the pickup shelf holding my order, getting ready to walk out the door with it until I said that says my name which my order was still not supposed to be done for 15 minutes he looked at me gave it to me and ran out the door I was like wow. Still, no one came out, so I left with my order. It was still warm, but if I had not arrived when I did, that person would have stolen my order because it was made 15 minutes early or it would have sat there 15 minutes. That to me is not ok when I spent almost $40 on food. The wings were just ok. I regretted the purchase and likely will purchase from Roosters next time. We went here with some people from the band and when we went to pay the waitress was rude and took our money then later apparently made the other group of people in the band that was leaving than us pay for food that we "didn't pay for" and when we called the manager to sort the thing out she didn't care and say she wanted to get her shift over I don't know what happened to the money I do not recommend because they will steal yours and your friends money
