Closed early, locked the doors and turned off the lights when I pulled up.Edit: came the next night at 10:38 and again the doors were locked, was told "they were out of food" which was obviously a lie. Asked why the sign says they close at 11, they said that's online orders only. Imma complain to corporate.Attached a photo of them turning away like the fifth door dasher in a few minutes time span.

I’m a vegetarian and they put a HUGE chicken piece in my queso which doesn’t have meat in it anyway and a giant piece of steak in my VEGGIE BOWL!! PEOPLE THIS IS INSANE PAY ATTENTION!!! people can get really sickVegetarian options: They do not take precautions with their food. Careless and sloppy I will be sick now

This is the second time in less than two weeks that this Chipotle has sent my order with EVERY SINGLE MEAL MISSING THE MEAT! This is so unexceptable. How the hell do you repeatedly forget to put meat on a meal that calls for meat but have zero issues giving a little rice and beans? I know about the cost of your cheese but must be saving the big money not only skimping but completely avoiding putting meat anywhere near our order, huh? These meals had FOUR items on them. Only four. Not all the extras. Not even sour cream. Was it really that complicated? This store has done this to us twice now. I let it go the first time because mistakes happen but I guess instead that is just green light go to just never put meat on orders ever again. Then, to make matters worse, I've tried to get ahold of this store, then corporate but to no avail. The AI message literally said that they are too busy making tacos and burritos. How, when they are skipping a whole task? Shouldn't they have extra time to answer the phone by all the time they save from not physically doing a whole step in the taco, burrito and in this case, quesadilla making process? It's ridiculous and nothing will be done about it. Whomever will just keep on not putting meat on the food. I have cheese, rice and beans. Thats it. It's rude and it won't stop because there's no way to call the store or corporate, at least right now there's not.Thanks for ruining everyone's dinner. A bunch of nothing is what we got. Cold hard quesadillas with nothing but cheese on them. Keep up the good work.

Food is great. Front of store service is trash. I put in my pickup order at 11:30am, for a pickup time of 12pm. I showed up at 12:07 and it was still not on the pickup shelf. Then I waited another 5 minutes before I finally had to ask them where my order was because the cashier was just standing there staring at everyone who was waiting for pickup orders instead of greeting them. Even for it being lunch time, they were not busy. A group of people's orders were just piled up on the counter behind their door. What is the point in allowing pickup orders, and having a pickup shelf, if the customers can't walk in and PICK UP their food?! Put people at the register who aren't lost in space.

I go in there quite often and every time there is Extremely rude employees besides a few people. Usually i let things go but, Go in today and always get a big cup of sour cream and was told “we cant” then the manager says “they're being watched and they’ll see” like what lol? Food is mediocre not expecting much cause it’s fast food but come on lol especially with your stock sitting at almost $2,700 a share, somehow…. Last i checked the customer is always right, but chipotle seems to teach their associates differently. Probably wont be showing my face in there anymore after countless times at this establishment. Hope someone higher up sees this and gets that place in check.
