We go here every couple weeks, at least, and the service and food is always great. We also often get group orders from this location for work, and they are always spot on.
Food here is good. If you’re placing a pick up order go ahead and go thru the line. It’s almost impressive how people in customer services fields refuse to engage with customers. Then proceeded to drop my food OFF THE SHELF in front of me and just walk away.
5/18/26: (Afternoon) uhh so you mean to tell me I paid $2.95 for mashed avocado? Because nothing about this taste like guacamole. Then the food overall lacks that signature Chipotle taste and flavor.
I’m very disappointed. The staff doesn’t greet you and they will have you standing by the mobile order shelf FOREVER. You have to ask them about your mobile order before any considers acknowledging you.
