It's okay. Some trips are better than others.
For some reason it feel like all the employees at this location are trained to craft your bowl as fast as possible even with no one else behind you. Maybe there's an invisible demon chasing them down the assembly line that causes them to speed through and make a mess. They'll only slow down to make sure you get the "correct" amount of meat, aka they shake off 1/4 of the scoop.

Food was great and made it the way I asked. However the serving staff had an almost cold affect. They weren’t polite but not mean either. Almost robotic in nature. Could be many reasons why. Maybe just a bad day or could have just had a major rush.
