“I feel like this is the type of place Anthony Bourdain would have loved.Sitting at the kitchen counter offered a Birds Eye view into the constant symphony of the kitchen, ebbing and flowing, and always in sync. All the menu items were adorned with a sense of homemade hospitality and integrity.The meatloaf plate made me smile as the question of ‘Is this what homecooking is SUPPOSED to taste like?’ passed my mind.The full embodiment of the American Dinner is a rarity in the world today. “Great afternoon experience we had enjoying breakfast meal. Walked in during a busy time and sat right at the counter and was waited on right away. Food service was exceptional and delicious as well as hot. Nice family environment with a smile! Definitely worth the $ and we will be returning soon! Thank you for serving the community!!“
“Tried the Balkan breakfast plate and it was amazing. I wanted to bring the cook home with me because the food was that good.The pricing is affordable. There may only be 20 to 25 seats inside, but we were comfortable. The noise level is not valid problem.Best New restaurant I have tried in ages.“
“Very tasty diner but very busy! If you go for weekend breakfast or brunch, expect there to be a 45 minute wait. Their pay counter is pretty disorganized and it can be annoying to have to wait for 5 tables to pay the cashier before you can pick up a carry out order. But the food is great! Their wake up burger is awesome!! Staff are nice, one waiter gave us leftover donuts at the end of the day!Parking: Their parking lot holds room for like 8 cars. Usually have to street park at breakfast time“
“Words can not describe how perfect this place is. Large portions, fair pricing, super staff and a bar. With a diverse menu you can fill the belly of even the pickiest eater. They now have Nancy's items and that was my 2nd favorite diner in the city. I look forward to any opportunity to visit and once you go you'll understand that family atmosphere will keep you coming back.“
“We came in on a humble and the food is fantastic. Wife had the biscuits and gravy and it was delicious. I had the French Toast and it was also very good and the syrup came to the table warm and that was clutch. It's a neat little place and the decor is cool. When in the area I'll definitely look to stop in for a meal. Our server Kristina was great.“

“Ever been to a restaurant and with your order someone makes you feel HUMAN. The service, the staff, the freshness of the food . . . Superior! This little place, tucked into the Hyatt Regency, is an oasis of humanity. While you can't say too much about the food court atmosphere, this place is a gem. And their coffee!!! Skip the line at Starbucks and try it--sooooo good. Took me back to slipping drip coffee on a cold morning in Mysore. And the briyani was DELICIOUS ?“
“Move to the area and stopped to grab lunch. Love the environment, food, and staff. Excited to come back and grab their breakfast but this time it was the gyro which was super yummy. The Lemon Meringue pie is house made and is AMAZING. Perfection. I would come here just for the pie alone. Stephanie was amazing and super nice. Loved the owner. “Chose to eat at Cap City when we did a weekend getaway to Dublin. We are so happy we did. I had a Margarita which was amazing and I am very picky about my Margs. For my main course I ordered the walleye and my husband ordered the spicy shrimp pasta. Both were so good. The walleye was cooked perfectly and there was no fishy taste like you get at other places. The spicy shrimp pasta was excellent and the homemade pasta noodles made the dish. We then finished our meal with the huge piece of the chocolate cake. Wait staff was very friendly and kept our drinks coming. We cannot wait to go back and we highly recommend. Only set back was a long wait but it was well worth it.“
