This location, is usually my favorite, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The floor was dirty and the chef was not nice. The menu offerings for lunch have changed and we weren't aware, so everything we asked for was met with an attitude from the chef. Our server was actually amazing. She was nice and accommodating but that did not make up for the rudeness of the chef or the lack of cleanliness of the floor. Also, he used sesame seed on the food and I'm allergic. That was also a first. I stopped eating at the HOJ Polaris for some of the same reasons.

I have frequented this restaurant for the last 30 years. I was elated to find that they are still in business. It is always a good time. I'm always in good company. And the food is always great. Cannot recommend this enough!

3/31 we arrived at around 730/8pm and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! They allowed us to store our cake in the kitchen, they sang and had a sparkler still even tho we opted out of a party package (because of our own cake). That was very very nice and unexpected and also gave us the best and funniest memory because the team singing said hbp Chapter and chapter 16 (was for sweet 16)... After they finished they realized the table laughing and they found out her correct name and came singing again we already hadn't expected it so a 2nd time had us all res faced and laughing! What a good time , ty again! My daughter ordered a mocktail the bartender forgot to make but when I asked to cancel they still brought it and said happy birthday and didn't charge, she didn't drink it as she got a different drink while waiting! She like the way it was decorated and for her pics tho!
I felt so bad for our shelf as we have a child that is not able to eat mushrooms and re made the rice for him because he had forgotten to remove before cooking anyways he was so patient and kind! The way he separated the egg yolk was neat and his trick was good!
They have bacon bits on their salads which is another win and the yumyum is good too if you like it
Thanks again for making my daughter's 16th great for dinner, being accommodating and patient!
