we had friends come in from Louisiana and couldn't wait to take them to Hyde Park. the food was perfect as always and our friends loved everything they go. service was excellent, we didn't wait for anything
This was a business dinner for 5. After entertaining at the same price point the night before, in another state, at another steak restaurant, the Dublin, OH Hyde Park hit a home run. This is the second time I've entertained at this location and it was the exact same quality of food and service! The appetizers, perfect! The steaks, marvelous! The deserts, excellent! The sides, especially the mushrooms could have been better (no restaurant is perfect 😉). I love this place...
The food and wait staff was excellent, as always. The manager however, could use some coaching in customer service and in his people management skills. While the staff was ultra professional, some comments clearly indicated they weren't excited about their boss. We had a personal interaction with him and totally agree. So, while everything was wonderful, remember manager - you set the tone for the ambiance.
