Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders tasted and smelled just like the street food you'd find in Bangladesh, which brought back a lot of great memories. Every item was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Everything was on point, and we enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic, delicious food
ordered the Tandoori Mix Grill. I’ve tried it at different restaurants in Ohio, including Polaris and Hyderabad House in Cincinnati, but this one was the best -juicy and fresh.

Best Biryani that we ever had in Dublin area. Great Indian food with Authentic Indian flavor. Nan bread was freshly made and tastes so good. Tandoori chicken tasted like it should with spicy flavor , My children and I enjoyed the tandoori chicken.

Quality of food has degraded significantly. Ordered gobi manchurian and it was hard like rock, looks like it has been refried multiple times and tasted worse and oily. Egg pulav was also equally bad . This resturant was my go to place for indian food but now I have to look somewhere else. Quantity also reduced significantly.
Very disappointing experience, the person at cash counter is bad handling customers.. My Order is ready but he mentioned 20 mins to 30 mins wait and started blabbering at us…
This is the first time we had such a bad service. Wondered with this attitude how is been kept or hired at a restaurant ..

Bad experience. We were 4 people and informed them that 2 more guests were coming, so we took a 6-seat table. After ordering, the staff commented about us occupying a bigger table, which felt rude. Food quality was also not good. Poor service and disappointing food.

Pathetic customer service. The person at the counter was very rude while answering our questions and did not even properly look at the items we ordered. Instead of helping us, he gave random and unclear responses. I am honestly not sure why someone with this attitude is handling customers.
Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place if you expect basic courtesy and proper customer service.

It is great place with authentic Indian food experience. I really liked the serving size and for non-vegetarians a significant quantity of meat in the boryani.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at the Dublin location. 0 star for their customer service
I have been a loyal Hyderabad House customer for years and have used their catering for numerous events, both small and large—including my brother's wedding. When Amit was the manager, the customer service was outstanding. Even after he left, I continued ordering catering items such as full trays of biryani, chai for events, and regular takeout. I have also recommended Hyderabad House Dublin to many friends and family members because the food quality and portion sizes have generally been very good.
Unfortunately, my experience today has completely changed my opinion.
I called on June 26 to place an order for 20 naan for a small weekend gathering where the rest of the food was being prepared at home. The person I spoke with on the phone told me that they would not accept an order for 20 naan unless I also ordered curries. I have never experienced a restaurant refusing to sell naan unless additional entrees were purchased. It was surprising, disappointing, and frankly poor customer service.
I immediately called other local restaurants, including Bawarchi and Amul, and they were more than happy to accept my order for just the naan without any issues.
After years of supporting Hyderabad House with both large catering orders and smaller purchases, I expected much better treatment. A loyal customer should not be made to feel like their business isn't valued.
Unfortunately, this experience has cost Hyderabad House my future business. I also can no longer recommend them for catering to my friends, family, or others in my network, especially since there are many excellent alternatives in the Columbus area that provide much better customer service.

Restaurantji Recommends
Honestly really disappointed with our visit. The floor was so oily and slippery and my toddler slipped and fell hard right on the back of the head.there was not atleast a mat. Why is the floor even that oily in the first place? That's just not safe. They had a caution sign in one place but not in other places, come on, a little kid can't read a sign. It was so hard watching my child in that much pain.almost cried more than half an hour
And when I said something about it, instead of saying sorry or even checking if my child was ok, they just told me not to talk loud. So neglecting. They asked me not to talk loud while my child was hurt and crying. That honestly made the whole thing way worse. Please fix your floors and maybe teach your staff to actually care when a kid gets hurt. Won't be coming back and might go legally if I had to......

I ordered 1 butter paneer masala and 1 butter chicken and other items to go . I got 2 butter chicken instead of 1 paneer and 1 chicken . My husband was very disappointed and mad coz he particularly wanted to eat only veg which is paneer that day. This guy whoever he is I really don’t care was impatient to even take order properly . Once I go and pickup I was trying to look at some deserts or some drinks and he was just hurrying me to goahead and pay !! We will never come here again .. BAD service and bad attitude . He is also working all in one there as Customer service , food server etc ..greediness at the peaks.. Food is also average . I would rate 0 or minus if given a chance .

Seriously shocked that this place has any good reviews.
Both of our entrees were terrible and insanely spicy (we both like spicy, but specifically asked for no spice with either dish because we intended to share them with our child), the chicken was chewy and had lots of gristle, and neither of the dishes tasted fresh. The naan was ok, but definitely isn't made there.
We ordered the food to-go over the phone. They quoted me 30 minutes, I showed up over 30 minutes later and I was waiting in the restaurant, which was incredibly filthy, for over 30 minutes.
Lastly, I wrote an email and never heard anything back.
It's worth your time and effort to go to Aangan or over to Sawmill to one of the yummy options over there. Or if you're eating out, get yourself down to Aab.
