Pretty disappointed in my carryout order. We waited about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and then ended up missing our appetizer. When I called and asked for a refund I was told that I needed to speak with a manager and that one would call me back. I still have received no call
Overall our meal was very good and the service was fantastic. My elderly parents shared a Flo’s Filet and couldn’t cut through it because of the silver skin or gristle. Without hesitation our waitress took it off the bill. Every else was very pleased with their meals and drinks. I’m of the impression this was an isolated incident because LongHorn is consistently excellent.
The food is really good, from the complimentary bread to the steak.
However, one thing I did not expect to go wrong was the waitress accidentally drop my bread on the table and left it as it was and I had to ask for a new one. Before I got a replacement, the response I got was “it only touches the table and nothing else”
I am not sure if it is a tradition to serve people bread on the table in Ohio, but come on longhorn, seriously?
