Why was the service so slow?? I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. It would have been faster for me to go inside. Like why is it so slow?? Also they have 2 drive through screens, but only one works?? I don’t get that. Please help this store out.
The portions here are noticeably smaller than other Panda Express locations. We ordered family boxes and they felt barely half full compared to what you normally get. Hoping management improves consistency and portion sizes.
Filthy dirty tonight. Trash overflowing. Shirtless kids running around. Probably won't return here

At the Panda Express location, customers often find the line busy and the service fast. The food is hot and fresh, and portions are great. Many people love the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and super greens, and the taste is amazing. Some visits include a piece of plastic in the rice or a wrong side, and the amount of chicken can be small, leaving customers disappointed and hungry. New staff members are young and inexperienced, and they sometimes forget orders, but they apologize and offer a free drink to solve problems. The new location has cute murals and a separate counter for delivery drivers, and the puzzle pieces are in place to run smoothly once the staff is trained. Overall, it is a pretty decent Panda Express that works hard to move the line and keep food hot, but patience is needed.
