“I came in for a takeout order and Thara at the register was extremely sweet. She was efficient, kind, and just had an overall great energy to be around. She presented some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Should out to Thara you’re a rockstar!!“
“I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.
The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P
